We had seen this hotel mentioned in a designer book of hotels in Chiang Mai and it looked really quaint. We also needed a hotel close to the shopping centre and airport for one night, which this one is. It was OK for the price, but we won't be back. The room was on the ground floor, so one couldn't... Great place to stay for one night before we moved on, so cheap at £12 each for one night and the enthusiastic staff were great. Some couldn't speak English too well but would get the manager to come out and answer any questions. Was a bit noisy in the morning and at night could hear the traffic as next to... More

This place is okay. The rooms are really cool, but there was really loud construction work across the street. It was ridiculously loud and lasted all day. Also, I don't know why breakfast wasn't covered in the room fee. I had to pay extra for coffee. It's also in a weird place, not convenient to get to town. Cab drivers... More

This place was what we were looking for. A perfect place for 1 night before an early flight. I would not stay here for longer as there are better places in the town and the area has nothing to see. Staff are lovely and were really helpful getting us to the airport at 05:00.

Stayed one night with my partner in December 2012. The bad: noise! The grounds are nice enough but it's right next to a really big road which is noisy at all hours, AND there is a large construction project next door which kicks off at 8 am with deafening machinery. Also the walls are thin- our neighbor turned on their... More

My wife and I have been delightfull about the 3B, atmosphere and the enthusiasm of the team were above & beyond standard. Rooms are clean & decent, with a nice decoration touch. The 3B Hotel Manager has been incredible by helping us to deal with our vacancy agenda! It was like being at Home! Thanks to Mrs Siriporn and her... More

I stayed there 2 years ago or so with my friend, that was the second place in our trip to Thailand, and I have to say it was the best!! The owners are very nice and the design of the place is beautiful! We took one of the tours they offer and really enjoyed it! I would definitely stay there... More
