What a bad guesthouse this was. Staff wouldnt even look at us after cancelling a tracking because we didn't feel well. Washingservice expensive and really bad. Pool was dirty and they had rules as if it was a prison. Large construction across the street so everybody wakes up at 7. Dont go here!

We got here by a free ride from the train station. We booked for one night because when I got on their wifi and checked trip advisor the bad reviews scared us off. We are sorry they did in retrospect because we never had the feeling the owners just tried to sell us trips. Ofcourse they sat down with us... More

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in two rooms during our time here, the first was directly opposite the building site over the road so was very noisy hence why we moved to a room further away. The staff were more than accommodating and arranged this for us with no problems. Both rooms were clean and spacious. Both... More

I have stayed here many times when travelling solo, as it's in a great location. This time around I had my elderly mother and my 22yr old son, whom has Autism. I'd hoped my loyalty of returning over and over again might have paid off, but no. The staff (besides 1) are horrible. There was no hello, no welcome...and not... More

We have stayed here two different years and we like the location. The rooms are a good value and the pool is nice. But I agree with some of the other reviewers, the staff is obnoxious. We weren't pestered to book tours as we made it clear that we have visited Chiang mai for 15 years and have no interest... More

We have stayed here twice, by chance. Getting off a train from Bangkok and walking into their arms. The rooms were pristine, had excellent movie selection on television and good food. They arranged lovely tour for us; from bungee jumps, to water rafting to elephant trekking. Would definitely stay again recommend to anyone. Had a lovely time for only $8... More

The location of the hostel is quite good as it's near the centre of Chiang Mai, also the pool was really nice and clean. However, the staff were rude, unfriendly and unreliable. I had a stain on my bed and even after showing a member of staff she refused to change it (after laughing at my face first). She was... More

We arrived Here in the morning after a night-long Trainer ride and couldnt even take a Rest for a second. An overly friendly woman appears and almost forced us to listen to her well trained speech about all the activities in Chiang Mai. And i definetly dont mean a helpful tip caused by pure good will. The people Here want... More

Stayed here for 4 nights. The room was ok but the beds were the least comfortable we had had in Thailand. In fact the jungle trek bed was probably better! Shower fixing jumped off the wall when you turned the water on so you had to carefully position it and hope for the best. It wasn't the best shower for... More

Budget hotel. But the price was awesome. Got a "promotional deal and got a fan room for only 400bht a night. But it is VERY HOT one little Fan didn't cut. If you want to get any comfort opt for a/c. We had quite a few Mosquitos in the room, they were entering through the bathroom. The beds are rock... More
