We stayed at this Hotel basically a 4 star for about $22 Canadian per night. Clean rooms, restaurant, pool, good housekeeping, car with driver for rent. Also they arranged tours at great prices for us. Very friendly safe place to stay, close to everything. We landed in Bangkok and stayed overnight then took the overnight train to Changmai, stayed one... More

Even if the rooms are correct for the price, this place or rather the owner might be out of order. They accost you at the train station with attractive photos and attractive prices. Arrived at the hotel, you sign a long list of forbidden rules : no food and no friends in rooms, if the hand towels are dirty you... More

The day before our check-in we stopped by the Chiang Mai Thai House to ask what time we could check-in the following day. The man replied that check-in was at 10 in the morning. The next day we arrived at 10 and were ushered directly to the tour booking area and were inundated with tour pushing. After we were clear... More

Got free transport from the train station. Paid 400baht for double room. Great walking location to walking street, temples, night market etc. they do try and push trips on you obviously on some sort of commission but we wanted to go on one anyway and it was a good price and a fantastic day. Food in restaurant is very nice... More

Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights. No complaints, we felt like the staff went out of their way to help us (generally shocked by the reviews I've just read!) I left my trainers at the elephant park we went to and the staff at the hotel arranged with the tour guide to have them brought back to... More

Stayed here in 2014 and its was ok , the rooms had Aircon which is a must , place was clean staff were friendlly, the location is good not too far from everything but tucked away for alittle bit of quiet, the internet wifi was not the stongest signal, the pool is not the biggest but all in all good... Listen to the reviews talking about the rude staff below. TRUST me. I booked through a travel agency (worst idea ever) and they sent me here to this nightmare of a hotel. I was convinced through a "friendly" thai stranger to visit this travel agency (ARC asia reservation center) who said it was government run (This was a scam in... More

I stayed one night here as all the hotels/hostels near by were full. I had a large room A/C with a private shower I believe it was room 107 on the ground floor right next to the pool. Room was fairly nice, large comfortable bed and pretty clean. Fridge/water/ Towels and soap/shampoo were provided but that is to be expected... More

We were told this hotel was in the city centre which it was not! The hotel staff rang our rooms on a number of occasions very early in the morning after travelling for 26 hours straight this was very annoying, Hoovers we're being used at 7am, after we asked to stay another night as check out time is very early...
