Love this hotel. Great location for the Sunday Market, nice restaurant and outdoor cafe and great staff. The rooms have all been remodeled and refurbished. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I loved sitting out on the outside cafe having my breakfast and watching the world whizz by in tuck tuk's, taxi's motorbikes and bicycles...I love this city!

Great reasonably priced hotel to stay at. Sunday night market is out front. Room was good and bed was comfortable. Hotel staff were fantastic - front desk ladies were absolutely amazing, as was the young man who helped out. Restaurant for hotel breakfast was right next door. Coffee was always hot breakfast, came quickly. Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.... More

Nicely decorated entrance hall and room, just a bit dated. Lovely staff, except for the snobbish female restaurant manager. Mediocre breakfast with way too loud Western music. There is a very big open-air food court nearby, at the former city wall, which is open until 11pm or so if you feel like a proper noodle soup or so. Recommended to... More

Stayed here for 3 nights in room 408. Great location in the old town. Hotel clean and comfortable. They provide a basic breakfast but that is all we really needed each morning. Staff were helpful. Carried my bag to my room which was appreciated as there are no lifts. They even drove us to airport after our stay for 180... More

The hotel is well located closed to many wats and walking to the night market but not in the most crowded place what for me it was really nice. Some staff were super nice and helpful and other ( I believe owner or male manager and restaurant manager)not very friendly. The breakfast was ok. It was clean and had a... More

I booked this hotel through Airasiago and travel on 4th-11 December 2015, and I had no regret with my choice. We stayed for 8 days and I'm glad I didn't convince from the negative review I read before the trip. I'm a budget traveler and I don't expect a five stars hotel facilities but I get a 5 stars service... More

We stayed here for 4 days and nights and had a wonderful time. The hotel is located right in the middle of all the action and we were able to walk to almost all of the big sites. Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly! Would definitely come back again 😊

big mistake by choosing this location - food is horrible - rooms are in very poor condition, i expected much more for the price they charge and trying to charge people for broken things which are broken since years - staff is mostly ok but there is one big lady who should take some classes how to treat a customer... I have stayed here in 2 previous occasions when Nim was the manager. Hotel staff use to be super friendly and couldn't do enough to please. They used to provide a laundry service. This time around staff was not friendly at all, not the usual Thai hospitality. No laundry service. They were unhelpful when I needed to organise transportation to... More

We arrived on Sunday just in time for the Sunday Night Bazaar. Parasol Inn is smack in the middle of it! This bazaar was such a fun time and took all night to walk through. Excellent food and souvenirs! Parasol Inn's location is by far the best selling point! The staff was also so sweet and helpful. They even printed... More
