Great value given the location and free car parking in the old city. The Wi fi was free in the lobby but expensive in the room, The staff are friendly. The room was clean but the furniture was aging-only 15 minutes walk from the huge night market

Good location in the old city region. 20-25 minute walk to the night market. Big (not very clean) rooms with old furniture. Wi fi in the reception area only. Good staff, and above all, excellent price. We got a discount for paying in cash.

It would be nice to be able to write a review about the standard of this hotel, but apparently the staff do not want people to stay here, so I am only able to comment on the poor service! Despite several attempts to book a room with this hotel, I am yet to get a response as to the availability... More

Good place to stay, good location but the only problems remains are that the place getting old especially the rooms and nothing is done to avoid that. Then internet Wi-Fi is free in the lobby but if you want it in your room it is really expansive and does not work very well sometimes. The staff is really nice, friendly... More

Stayed here for our last 2 nights after our motor bike trip of North Thailand before flying home . The location is good, room clean value for money: dble bed, air con, cable TV, pool, elevator, opening windows (Wi-Fi in room is extra). Rooms are spacious and quiet. There are also some good eating places near by.

A 20 year old hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are large with air-conditioners that are the original units when the hotel was built! Small bathroom, but the shower is separate, so no wet floors. The lobby has a small shop where you can buy snacks and even sunscreen. Restaurants & cafes nearby. There is also a large pool... More

Don't be fooled by the ‘Free Wifi’ sign outside, just the lobby and every hotel has that. The only hotel I've seen in Thailand that charges for wifi in the room. Very dangerous, slippery floor tiles by the swimming pool – wear sandals - no proper warning signs, which is negligent. Otherwise - a clean and friendly hotel in good... More

The hotel is simple and clean and not especially elegant, but is very good value for money: double bed, air con, cable TV, pool, elevator, opening windows (WiFi in room is extra). Rooms are spacious and quiet (I requested a room at the back). There is no dining in the hotel, but there are numerous cafés and restaurants within 5... More

When you stay here you can't be thinking 5 star quality for B695 a night, which is what we paid for a double room. A dated but functional room with a/c and refrigerator. Friendly and helpful staff and great location. We drove our car so the large parking lot was important for us as many of the lower priced places... More

An older style of hotel which was up there once twenty-five years ago. Dated; which is its saving grace for those on a budget, it's great! Right in the heart of Old Chiangmai. Within walking distance to the night market, around the corner from the Sunday Street Market, and many famed Chiangmai's temples such as Wat Singh and the Tapae... More
