All we wanted was a swimming pool for a few days out of the madness that is songkran and that's what we got. Yes the inside of the hotel could do with an update but the beds were comfy, the staff were always smiling and extremely helpful on the front desk and the pool was very nice to swim in.... More

Hotel is a 40/45 min walk from the main area. I'm nervous on scooter so I found it a little annoying having to walk/taxi it. It's right next to the railway station though. Red cabs are the cheapest cabs in Chiang Mai. But they will try and charge you 100-150 bath. I found that asking to be dropped to the... More

I booked this hotel because according to the Trip Advisor map it was in the middle of the old city- it's not. It's way out in the outskirts on the east side of the city. Make sure you know where you're about to stay, the maps here are wrong and VERY deceiving!

The old man who runs the tour service offers guests 'private tours' in his clapped out 1980's Volvo. We wanted to hire him for a half day tour to visit 2 temples one in town and one out of town and where charged 1,600.00 bht. We should have booked the slightly cheaper private half day tour we saw on trip... More

Thank you for your comment. We have a meeting with the tour desk officer and inform about guest comment. The officer means to recommend mini van to Pai, because it is more comfortable, and leave more often than a bus. He will improve the service and give more effective and update information to all guests. More

We arrived in the early hours of the morning from Bangkok on the sleeper train so this hotel was very handy for us. The rooms were great for the price and wifi connection was reasonable in rooms our group had. Only downside was that the speed of connection was far too slow, upload speed was too slow which made keeping... More

Close to the station, great for our late train arrival (10.30pm) The staff were pleasant & very helpful. Good sized clean room & bathroom although as one review mentioned before a little tired looking. Great value for money and would stay here again.

Ideal location close to the station. The staff were extremely pleasant & helpful. The room was clean & bathroom above average for Thai hotel bathrooms, even if a little on the "tired" side. An enjoyable nights stay. Breakfast was served with real coffee, not instant!

When I want to go to Chiangmai the first thing to choose the hotel to stay is "not far from town/not noisy place and enough room to put my shopping also the room rate is not high. The Oasis hotel is the one that I choose. The room is quite big and clean with also reasonable price. It is near... More
