We arrived in the early hours of the morning from Bangkok on the sleeper train so this hotel was very handy for us. The rooms were great for the price and wifi connection was reasonable in rooms our group had. Only downside was that the speed of connection was far too slow, upload speed was too slow which made keeping... More

Close to the station, great for our late train arrival (10.30pm) The staff were pleasant & very helpful. Good sized clean room & bathroom although as one review mentioned before a little tired looking. Great value for money and would stay here again.

Ideal location close to the station. The staff were extremely pleasant & helpful. The room was clean & bathroom above average for Thai hotel bathrooms, even if a little on the "tired" side. An enjoyable nights stay. Breakfast was served with real coffee, not instant!

I am stay in Bangkok and work in Chonburi. When I have time I am always plan to Chiangmai to relax and go to Temples in Chiangmai especially Prathat Doi Suthep. The first hotel that I think before go there is the Oasis Chiangmai because it is not far from town and easy to go to super highway. Ten years... More

When I want to go to Chiangmai the first thing to choose the hotel to stay is "not far from town/not noisy place and enough room to put my shopping also the room rate is not high. The Oasis hotel is the one that I choose. The room is quite big and clean with also reasonable price. It is near... More

We booked this hotel because it was close to the train station, and it was. The lobby was big and nice, so we initially thought we had chosen a really nice hotel. However, once we got to the room, we were very disappointed. It was dirty (hairs on the bathroom floor, lampshade covered in dirty plastic held on by dirty... More

Dear Guest, Reference to comments by Mrs. LL. Rose. After urgent meeting with our Head department and staff, we would like to give explanation to what obviously did cause you some considerable inconvenience during your stay. As your early check in upon arrival, our trainee staff had given the room that was under end of renovation, and therefore was not... More

We are staying here because we have a 5pm night train to Bangkok - They have allowed us to use the pool to fill in the hours between check-out & our train's departure, which is fabulous. The staff, (particularly one English speaking man/Manager), are wonderful. We had a little issue with our room last night and it was promptly resolved.... More

The hotel was a mission to find. It took us nearly 4 hrs to find after landing in Chiang Mai. Trip advisor had the address out of the city centre but when you click on directions it takes you into the city as it gets confused (as we found out) with the Oasis Spa! None of locals knew where we... More

The hotel is just a block south of the train station, The staff were cheerful, courteous, and very accommodating. The rooms were large and clean. The swimming pool was refreshing. This is a budget hotel and cost us about 600 Baht a night per room. I am sure that varies with the holidays and time of year. The breakfast buffet... More
