I have read some negative comments about this hotel, but I find it perfectly ok. Rooms are clean and spacious, cleaned daily. The hotel staff are very helpful and courteous. The pool is clean, though small. The hotel restaurant is reasonably priced as hotel restaurants go, and the food therein is good. It is a walk into the centre of... More

This hotel is clean & away from the city centre (10 min walk). Rooms are air conditioned. Value for money, rooms are of a reasonable size. My main negative is there is a band or music playing and you can't get to sleep before midnight.

Coming to the end of our travels, we stayed here for just under 2 weeks. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious with fridge, safe and free bottles of water. Linen and towels are replaced daily. Yes the rooms are a little on the dated side, but you can't complain when you have plenty of... More

You get what you pay for at this hotel. So if you are looking to save a few dollars without sacrificing comfort, then this is a good option for you. I stayed here a total of 3 nights. PROS: Clean, comfortable hotel with a pool not terribly far from some of the markets. Free and ample parking (about a dozen... More

We stayed here in January. The room was very spacious, beds comfortable. Tea making facilities, small fridge. The shower however, had just a shower curtain. The staff was very helpful- organised one of their employees to take us to the airport very early in the morning(for a small fee). Their concierge was a friendly lady who advised and organised tours... More

Quite similar to the near-by Royal Panerai Hotel but in slightly better shape. My room was large and clean, and I got a very comfortable sleep. This may be in due, in part, that when I was there, the hotel seemed to be empty (guess I was traveling during a quiet time). The hotel is a ten to fifteen minute... More

This hotel is one of the oldest in the Royal chain and the facilities show wear and tear in the rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful and I would recommend staying here for a short visit. I stayed here for 3 nights from April 30th to May 4th. Luckily there is transport outside the hotel if you need to... More

The maps and location is quite far from the night baazar. You need a taxi to go there or else take 40 minutes to walk there one way. Nothing around the hotel except to eat in the hotel if you choose not to go out. The hotel is very old and all the hotel amenities are very run down not... More

I stayed at this hotel twice within the space of three weeks and only had two major issues, which were that the gym machines were not fit to use when I arrived at the start of February and were still not fit to use when I returned at the end of the month and the pool was way too small.... More

Having booked a room with 3 beds I was disappointed to have to wait for the extra bed to be brought in upon check-in, but this was done reasonably efficiently. The extra bed was unfortunately just a rollaway bed with a thin foam mattress, completely not to the same standard as the other beds. When I mentioned this to the... More
