The hotel room was clean and of a good standard, rathery dark and dreary but that could just be personal taste. There is a pool available but as we travelled in rainy season it was torrential rain when we were there so we did not get the chance to use this facility. There is a restaurant which is average, however... More

Nothing fancy, friendly staff. Room was clean, air con worked and when it began to leak, maintenance was there within 10 minutes, and the bed was comfier than other thai hotels I've slept in. They also had free wifi. Overall good value for the price you pay.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights 18-21 june. Its situated at what we called the top right hand corner of the moat. Nice foyer to walk into and very friendly staff. Our room was ok and everything worked. Aircon etc. Large foyer area on every level which was interesting. Buffet breakfast was very nice. Both Asian or western... More

My first impression to this hotel is quite, dark( First floor) and nobody was at the front desk, The room is spacious and clean but do not expect the quality like those 5 stars hotel. If you prefer some kind of quite hotel, this may be your choice.

Nice staff, though not overhelpful, everything was spotless, very good location. All the people in the hotel were polite, but also not so friendly, just normal.I had to asked several times and being persistent in order to borrow a knife to peel some fruit. But the room was really very good, extremely clean and quiet.

Location was good, room was very spacious, air con worked well, bathroom was clean. We also saw new mattresses being put in, but didn't get to try them as we were leaving that day. Pool was nice and warm. However the wifi was inconsistent; we went without for 24 hours. Some o the gym equipment didn't work and the decking... More

Don't book just going by the photos on the website: they don't represent what you will find... Pro's: - cheap - near the old centre - 7/11 on the corner - nice rooms - WiFi works most of the time - clean Con's: - its not the pretty place on the pictures - swimming pool is dodgy and leafy -... In the first place, you know that this hotel is not Shangri-La or Four Seasons. You're only paying 20/night. So, please shut up if you experienced some troubles during your stay. It didn't kill you anyway. Jeeez! People have no contentment. If you want a hotel that treats you like a king and a queen, then stay away from this... More

We were pleasently surprised when we got to the hotel. The hotel was clean and room was spacious. We initially thought we were far out but as soon as you get a map from reception you realise your only walking distance. The young girl on reception gave us some very good suggestions of places to go. For drinks she recomended... More
