Recommended this hotel from a guy I met at the airport, what a let down, air con so noisy could not sleep, rooms small, gym a joke (and dangerous) not even worth getting your kit on for, pool tiny and unclean, food terrible especially if your European! General bad atmosphere, to far away from town, staff unhelpful, they even stopped... More

Very dirty! The room is not clean where cockroach exists in the bathroom. The staff is not service minded if you want for instance a bath towel to the beach. The breakfast is simple and not good. You should think over before staying here. For the cheap prize yes! For the quality then no!

Booked a room for four nights and made the mistake of paying in advance. The hotel is very old and our room that was presented as a "suite" was extremely shabby and didn't have any windows. There are really nice hotels in Thailand for 50 euro a night but this is not one of them... Btw the beds are rock... More

Huge room (deluxe) and nothing special but was close to everything I needed. The view from my room was spectacular. Breakfast was so so with a particularly rude chap that was running it. Apart from that staff we helpful and polite.

I wish I’d taken more notice of the negative reviews here before booking this awful place. I made the double mistake of paying for 4 nights in advance and it was so bad I paid an extra $100 to go to another hotel a day early – yes, it was that bad. The good: Nothing (other than it’s in Chaing... More

We just stayed 1 night in this hotel and after 1 night we checked out. The hotel is old and dirty. We had a room at the 6th floor. The bathroom was not clean and looked also old. We had to keep this door closed all time because of the awful smell. There was also little pressure on the water... More

I start to realise it wasn't a big mistake to book this hotel with airasia as my booking have not been handle as it should be. the room i had been given was not ready i guess, the best way to explain. oh ya, air conditioning and the toilet pipe did make a lot of noise. The hotel is old... More

The room is nice and clean. Friendly staff and good breakfast. One thing I didn't like is the "balcony". I smoke, so I do have to use balcony for it. In the balcony they have this box of air conditioner, which supouse to be outside the building. It makes the balcony very hot, and probably won't get there to smoke

I got a deal here in September!! My room was fantastic with all the amenities including a safe. The balcony had a great view of the city. The pool was small but good enough for a swim. The staff were OK. It was a low season and few tourists except for many Thai national guests. The problem is the location.... More
