One word can describe my staying in ayatana B2 : it was a big mistake . I came with my family to stay for four nights , first the staff don't speak English so they couldn't find a way to explain to them how bad is my room ,, the air condition was very hot and the lights weren't working... More

Quiet surroundings not far from Chiang Mai University, good value for money and clean. First impression was a bit disappointing, it seems a bit old judging by the reception lobby and the outdoor furniture. But NICE SURPRISE when we went to the room which was very clean and cool as it's very hot there. Quiet surroundings, perfect if you enjoy... More

We stayed as a family group of 5 (all adults) for 5 nights, and while is was OK, there are some really quite small improvements that could make the experience a lot more enjoyable. The good things: Bedrooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and well air-conditioned Bathrooms are nice and there are good toiletries provided Pool and area around it... More

It's hard to believe that this place doesn't have all 5 star reviews as it is in the condition of a hotel that I would expect to pay three times more for. The grounds and pool are beautiful, the rooms are amazing, the bathrooms are huge and the toiletries are high end. The hotel is a little far from the... More

This hotel could be so much more, but the effect is that no one cares enough to maintain it. I enjoyed the location - high atop a hill overlooking the busy university area. It was quiet, with access to peaceful forest walks. However, the pool area was neglected, and stagnant ponds and fountains were allowed to become algae-ridden mosquito nurseries.... More

We made the mistake of booking a hotel about a 15-minute taxi ride from the city, but that wasn't the worst thing about B2Ayatana. There was virtually no internet access in the room (and often, not in the front office area); the mosquito problem from standing water in the decorative pools was so bad, the staff put up signs telling... Very relaxing and mostly quiet place. Very tasteful design and a great swimming pool and wi-fi. Friendly and very helpful staff who love falang kids. The location is away from the main bustle in town, but not too far away. It is close to forest walks, a wat surrounded by gardens, the university and fantastic street food. very safe, secure... More

It seems the reviews on here about B2 Ayatana are very mixed but our stay there was extremely pleasant and we actually ended up becoming friends with one of the guys who worked there. Admittedly the rest of the staff were quite unfriendly but we were only there for a couple of nights and aside from check in and check... More

Old furnish, small room and low quality breakfast (need improve) set on secret location difficult to find this hotel I recommend to show your GPS info on your website will helpful for your guest. But this is a quiet place suite for relax and reading book a side the main pool (recommend anti mosquito spray with you).
