We needed to find a quiet, comfortable, relaxing hotel near to the Chiang Mai University area & this fitted the bill exactly. It has a lovely oasis atmosphere, just elevated above Suthep Road (15 minute walk) so that it catches any breeze. The room was excellent, the bed very comfy & the service was good. The pool & surrounds were... More

Hotel was very pleasant great surroundings and very romantic. The atmosphere very relaxing staff are friendly. Room is very Thai style wish I liked. Breakfast was a bit too basic they need yo have a bit more variety. The location was a bit far yo walk to the main road.

We booked are accommodation online at agooda with the hope of it being a pleasant stay, especially according to how good it sounded online. Well the pool lounge chairs were oer run with ants and u couldn't sunbathe , the bathroom was falling to pieces, the tap was broken and they 'fixed' it well it flooded the floor the next... More

I booked online. It claimed to be central and have a gym and spa, plus a beautiful garden with pool. That's wrong, it only has a garden and pool full of gaint Mosquitos which are so big and dangerous that I had to see a doctor 3 times. When I asked for a net or help the staff said just... More

Delicious place to be in Chiang Mai! We came to relax, and to shop! The only negative thing was the service. Lousy service from the hotel staff! But, the room was delicious and the atmosphere was really nice and cozy. And very quiet too! :)

One word can describe my staying in ayatana B2 : it was a big mistake . I came with my family to stay for four nights , first the staff don't speak English so they couldn't find a way to explain to them how bad is my room ,, the air condition was very hot and the lights weren't working... More

Quiet surroundings not far from Chiang Mai University, good value for money and clean. First impression was a bit disappointing, it seems a bit old judging by the reception lobby and the outdoor furniture. But NICE SURPRISE when we went to the room which was very clean and cool as it's very hot there. Quiet surroundings, perfect if you enjoy... More

We stayed as a family group of 5 (all adults) for 5 nights, and while is was OK, there are some really quite small improvements that could make the experience a lot more enjoyable. The good things: Bedrooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and well air-conditioned Bathrooms are nice and there are good toiletries provided Pool and area around it... More

It's hard to believe that this place doesn't have all 5 star reviews as it is in the condition of a hotel that I would expect to pay three times more for. The grounds and pool are beautiful, the rooms are amazing, the bathrooms are huge and the toiletries are high end. The hotel is a little far from the... More

This hotel could be so much more, but the effect is that no one cares enough to maintain it. I enjoyed the location - high atop a hill overlooking the busy university area. It was quiet, with access to peaceful forest walks. However, the pool area was neglected, and stagnant ponds and fountains were allowed to become algae-ridden mosquito nurseries.... More
