We chose the Manathai Village as we wanted something that was more Thai traditional rather than another typical high rise. We were only here for 2 nights but we loved it's rustic charm and the friendly staff. Don't expect 5 star rooms but they are clean and user friendly. The location is just on the edge of the old city... More

Beautiful small hotel, top service, quiet location but near the night bazar. Small rooms but you get used to it, excellent for some relaxing day away from the big city. decorated in typical northern style with a hint of French south est Asia style... Worth a try !

When we went into the small sub soi's of "Old Town" Chiang Mai we started to wonder if we had made a good choice. Finding the hotel entrance then became a challenge, but wow was it worth it. Its a small, cosy, friendly resort done in an old Thai Village style but with modern amenities. The staff were warm, friendly... More

The hotel is located only a few-minutes-walk away from the famous night-market. It's calmly situated on a small road. The architecture is beautiful. Lots of wood, classical thai. Wonderful pool, a good place to relax. The room is small but cosy and clean. We got a warm welcome with a drink. However, staff is not very friendly. The ones at... More

Beautiful, quiet resort in the middle of Chiang Mai. Walking distance to the Night Market is about 10 minutes. The small rooms are rustic and rather dark with a lovely decor, found througout the resort. The pool area is small but quaint. Staff was friendly and helpful. Can recommend this place anytime.

Stayed for three days during a busy business trip and only spent mornings and nights at the hotel but still managed to enjoy this perfectly designed little place. The site is tiny but the architects have done a marvelous job at maximizing it with buildings and trees creating a very pleasant environment. The room was very well designed with two... More

We loved this little hotel. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Chiang Mai. Deluxe rooms are small but lovely. Beautiful courtyard and wonderful and helpful staff. We heard that the hotel was sold and we hope that the new owners keep the same wonderful staff and the hotel stays the same.

First impressions were good when we arrived - good location and nice lobby. We booked a Junior Suite and the room although a little dark was pretty good. The four poster bed was a bonus! But a few things let this place down - The bathrooms need updating. The showers are pretty decrepit and rusty. And although we had a... More

We stayed in this hotel for three nights with our two daughters (15 years of age) in August 2014 while enjoying our vacation in Thailand. The hotel is located just outside the centre of Chiang Mai. We booked two separate luxury rooms. The rooms are rather small, cramped even, room for storing your suitcases is very limited. In addtion, they... More
