Located right next to a mechanic repair shop so loud sounds of machines from early morning until evening. It is horrible and sounds like constant construction! Dirty rooms that are not nearly as clean as they appear in pictures. Horrible location with few shops close-by. Avoid this place and pay the same to stay across the river in a much... more

The best place to stay in Chiang Mai, mostly because of the staff. There are extremely helpful and kind. Also, the rooms are really pretty. For the location, the are a lot of restaurant no more than 5 minutes by walk. Everywhere we went in the city was walking distance from the guesthouse. more

We've considered staying here for a little while (appr. 10 days) just because of the good reviews at tripadvisor and for the nice looking house and garden on the webpage. When we got there after a 13 hrs drive from Bangkok we found the gate closed for it was too early in the morning and although we booked in advance... more

I have seen lots of guesthouses so far, but I've never had such a warm welcome and stay as here in Parami! Roger and Areen are very friendly and helpfull and gave me good tipps for trips. The rooms are very clean, the house is secure, there is a garden to chill and the food is good. The price is... more

I had read about Parami on the Tripadvisor, and booked because of the good reviews. And I was really impressed. The rooms are nice, the location is great. Close to the river and good restaurants. Only a short walk away from the Night Bazar. The staff ask you every day how your day was, and they seem genuinely interested. Great... more

I can't rate this place highly enough. The owner Roger is the most helpful, friendly guy we have come across on the road. Always up for a beer and a chat and full of good advice. Our room was big, clean and the bed was very comfy. It was very cold at night when we were in Chiang Mai, so... more

Roger and this team gave us lot of great recommandations (places to go and restaurants). We also booked a trekking tour at Parami Guesthouse. A perfect organized trip with great people. It was the perfect place to start... more

I booked a room with private bath and toilet. Yes, I could monopolize a big bathroom but it was not in my room literally. ( only toilet is in my room) Each time I wanted to brush my teeth and use shower, I had to cross the pond, which was not so convenient. At least I had to walk about... more

I Loved the Parami Guesthouse! You get so much more than you pay for. The staff was so helpful and eager to help my vacation be all that it could be. They helped me book some tours and even packed my breakfast up for me when I was running late. I went as a lone traveler and I would highly... more
