The 3 sis is smack in the middle of the old city. Everything is walkable and convenient. The rooms are fantastic. Very large, clean, etc. EXCELLENT value. The common areas are adorable, and the breakfast was very nice. Would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend!

Nice place, but frankly not worth the $50 dbl rate. Our room was more than adequate, but frankly, not all that special. The lobby area is lovely, very open, lovely furnishings, koi pond. The restaurant was nice, but the included breakfast was just ok. Coffee for example was of very poor quality. Service at the front desk was good and... More

The hotel looked like heaven to me when compared to the stark backpacker places or the sterile 5 stars. The 3 Sis blends a relaxed Thai ambience with excellent service in English, efficient Internet, & organic restaurant with breakfast included. There is a goldfish pond in the lobby that encircles this open air lobby. There are 2 computers & attractive... More

We were referred by friends to this lovely guesthouse/vacation lodge with on-site cafe restaurant. Upon our arrival we were welcomed by 2 very friendly young ladies at reception. The staff were helpful and very friendly and offered suggestions of where to eat, shop, visit and offered information of those places not worth visiting. The room was basic but just perfect.... More

Great location, friendly staff, public computers, clean and well maintained rooms, great view, great breakfast! Just a few minor cons: Wifi from rooms is slow and lots of Mosquitos in the front lobby due to the pond and plants. Otherwise, Highly recommended!

Everything about this place was exceptional. The rooms and bathrooms are spotless and simple, the AC was wonderful since it was over 100 degrees during the day. The people at the desk couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, they all went above and beyond. The location is also wonderful--walk out the door to the amazing Sunday market. Eat breakfast... More

What a great place! Out of all the places my wife and I stayed in during our trip to SE Asia, 3 Sis was the best. Spotlessly clean. It has a beautiful lobby/entry area. Our room was fantastic. The restaurant/breakfast area is top quality. The staff were super helpful with help planning trips, getting to the bus station, etc. The... More

One of the best places I've stayed in Thailand. The price was decent around 1,600 baht for a twin room. But what made the stay was the genuinely friendly and helpful staff plus the comfortable bed and pillows (always a concern in SE Asia!). Great location in the old city so you can walk around. No mosquitoes which is a... More

I loved the 3 sis- it was recommended to me by someone else and did not disappoint. In an amazing part of the Old City right across from one of the prettiest temples. Also has a fantastic cafe where you can sit out on the porch, watch the temple, and all the people going by. The service is great. Only... More

This delightful B&B was an ideal base for exploring Chiang Mai. Wat Chedi Luang across the road was a stunning backdrop to this quiet, clean and welcoming establishment. The rooms were a good size (we stayed on level 2 and 3 on two different occasions a week apart), with little road noise - certainly not enough to trouble our sleep.... More
