I stayed here in Sept 2014 with 2 friends. The hotel was so charming and the woman at the front desk was so nice! We all loved her. She was very patient and helped us set up the best elephant tour for us (adventure in the morning, elephants in the afternoon). The lobby was beautiful and peaceful and the breakfast... More

I highly recommend this B&B! It truly feels like home - an excellent choice for people who generally like B&B's and want the personal touch. The decor is lovely Lanna/Thai style - open air lobby ... beautiful and NO mosquitoes and I was there in height of rainy season! Rooms are simple and comfortable - A/C worked great. BEST PART... I don't understand these reviews. The location is great, but almost all the locations of hotels in Chiang Mai are great. It's only ok and a big pricey for what it is. It's worth it to pay the few extra $ for a 5 star hotel.

The location is great - inside the old city, across Wat Chedi Luang, a 10 min walk to the Saturday walking market, the Sunday walking market is right outside the hotel. Shops and massages very close, clean, good sized room, nice staff. The staff were professional and efficient when setting up a day tour with the elephants. Chiang Mai is... More

We saw the review through tripadvisor. Hence booked through online 4 nights in Aug 2014. Good location, near airport, friendly staff. We were surprised by their thoughtfulness. They arranged a room for my friend's dad at ground level room. Walking street just right outside. Need to improve WiFi reception in the room.

The Guest house has a charming feel to it, a lovely lobby and seating area for guests and very friendly staff. The breakfast menu is very basic but really good. Not very far to walk to the old city wall and the night market, although i was quite disappointed with the food on the night market. I preferred buying from... More

Again thanks to the reviews on tripadvisor, I came to know about this small boutique hotel in the best location in the heart of old city. Do not expect luxuries of a 4/5 star hotel, it's more like a home away from home. Very friendly and helpful staff especially Ms. Tine at the reception who was always there for us.... More

The 3 Sis is in the perfect spot in Chiang Mai, being literally across the street from the most famous temple in the whole city. The included breakfast is pretty good and the staff are nice. The room service does an impeccable job of keeping the room clean. My only gripes are with the wifi and the shoes policy. The... More

My friend and I just spent 5 nights at The 3 Sis, which we booked based on reviews from Trip Advisor, and could not have been happier with our stay. The hotel itself it beautiful, with an open air lobby complete with lots of comfortable seating, a koi pond, and computers for guests. The guest rooms are air conditioned, extremely... More

This hotel is located right in the center of the old town of Chiang Mai. The rooms are very clean and large with A/C, bug replant, hair dryer, hardwood floors, and a nice bathroom. The Sunday Markets were located directly on the street of the hotel so it was perfect for browsing. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was... More
