This hotel has everything, it is spacious making use of its size, set on three floors, it looks grandiose but retains it's intimate charm and service. Lovely rooms, wide with tall ceilings, fantastic king size beds, comfy and homely. Great shower rooms aka wet rooms, home made shampoos and gels, air con, fridges, lovely touches everywhere. The staff cannot do... More

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. My friends and I unfortunately got food poisoning on a day tour and were bedridden for 2 days in Chiang Mai. For being sick and locked in our rooms, this wasn't the hotel for us. There were a lot of mosquitos in the room (the staff leave the windows open after... More

I did a lot of research before choosing a hotel for our stay in Chiang Mai, and I'm very glad we ended up at the 3 Sis. Positives: - Location - The central area of the city is very walkable, so the location is fantastic. The Sunday Walking Street is right outside the front door. It's also easy to give... More

Not only in the perfect location for those wanting to investigate Chang Mai, but beautiful, clean and with the most caring and pleasant staff. We checked in very late one evening and were greeted by a very smiley, sweet lady on reception who had maps, recommendations, and adapters all ready for us. She was so welcoming and accommodating it really... More

We stayed here for a week in March (not recommended because of the pollution levels) and found the staff friendly and efficient. In particular Tine in reception and the guy in the restaurant (don’t know his name) were helpful. The location is perfect for exploring the old city though choose a room carefully at the back of the building, as... More

I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel: the personnel, who are pleasant and helpful, the location,, just off a main drag, perfect for walking anywhere in the old city, and the breakfast menu, which offers a sumptious fresh garden salad, the only one I've had in Thailand. In addition, the hotel is lovely, with a spacious... More

One of the main happening streets is right outside the front building. It was SO LOUD. They pulled the speakers by 10pm at least, so the horrible music stopped before too long. But it is always noisy on that street. The service was great - helpful. Room was clean - average bed - decent breakfast.

Excellent service by friendly, professional staff who were always available and happy to help. Restaurant service was equally good as was the Thai food. There were several options for the included breakfast. Spacious, clean, and quiet rooms. Beautiful, spacious, vaulted lobby to relax or use computer. Our favorite Wat in Thailand is right across the street, Chedi Luang, and we... More

Being right across from Chedi Luang means that when you need to get back to The 3 Sis from somewhere in a truck/songthew, you really don't have to worry about the drivers being confused (most inner city rides should be 40 baht/person, outside the walls are 40-60, airport 60 (sometimes 100)). It also means that the Sunday market is literally... More
