I am surprised by the high ratings for this hotel which in part swayed us to choose it. It fell well below expectations. The photos on the site are very misleading. In fact our room was quite old and unattractive. We stayed in the "suite" - the cottages appear newer, although in the photos you wouldn't notice a discernible difference.... More

Eurasia is a lovely, but out-of-the-way hotel. With 3 adults we asked for 3 single beds. We were given a 2 room suite with large twin beds in one room and another twin in the sitting room, which was great. The bathroom was very clean, though a bit dated. TV had several channels, but we were too tired at night... More

We enjoyed our 3 day stay in Chiang Mai in this quiet hotel in a mature garden. It is not centrally located and there are no nice restaurants nearby but you can take the hotel shuttle into town and still enjoy the nightmarket. The rooms are very big and with a good breakfast and a nice pool this is a... More

Let's start with the good stuff. Big rooms in hotel, I mean really big, probably double the size of other equivalent hotels in Thailand I've stayed at. 2x aircon in the rooms as well & good wifi all around the property. I missed the shuttle one morning by a few hours & asked for them to call me a taxi,... More

We brought a party of 56 school students and 9 staff here as a base for a 4 day trip visiting hill-tribes and as such it was an excellent choice. We stayed in the cottages, which are a lovely way to stay, and gave the students a nice feeling of independence (and allowed the staff to feel a little more... More

We stayed here for a few nights while I was recovering from a bug I got in Laos. The cottage we had was clean and spacious, if dated and a bit old. We have visited Chiangmai several times and stayed at several hotels over the years. The Eurasia Chiang Mai is definitely the best value for money we have found in the area.
