There is a LOT of choice for where to stay in Chiang Mai and it took a lot of time to narrow it down to the Sri Pat Guest House, but we weren't disappointed. The standard rooms are a bit basic, but perfectly fine. We didn't have much of a balcony, but didn't need it for anything but drying clothes,... More

It was my girlfriend's turn to book a hotel for Chiang Mai, and she chose Sri Pat Guest House. We stayed for two nights in late March 2015. Flying in, it was fairly straightforward to pick up a songethaw outside the airport for a cheap ride into town and it was only a few minutes walk to the property from... More

This is our second time here on our trip around South East Asia and we came back as we really liked it. Rooms are clean and decent size, WiFi is a bit rubbish but luckily for us this time we are road side so have managed to get WiFi from hotel across the road! In my experience the staff are... More

We stayed here for 5 days from 11th to 15th. The Guesthouse were located at Moonmuaeng Soi 7. There are a lots of restaurants, massage palours and fish spas along this lane which our Mom enjoy very much doing thai massages, fish spas and savouring authentic local fares. There are also a local market selling fruits, vegetables, live fishes, herbs... More

This guesthouse is great for accomodation (clean), position (just 10minutes by walk from monuments of the old city), staff (gentle and english spoken). The price is excellent. The pool is small but a great place to have relax time drinking a cocktail. Unfortunately we had breakfast somewhere else... Nearby there are many coffee bar (coffee in chiang Mai is great)... More

Hotel + staff attentive and helpful. Pool although we didnt use it. Good street food nearby- turn left out of hotel, then right, take your pick, the girls and food at Aroy Dee is lovely. Also, great coffee on the corner of the street. Also if you turn right into the small market the food stall on the right is... More

We decided to stay here because it was recommended on Lonely Planet. However, this place is so overrated. We did not receive the hospitality we were expecting. When we approached the reception for help as we needed a travel adaptor, we were not given the assistance we need. The staff did not even bother to give us useful information on... More

The only reason for a 3* not a 4* review was that when we arrived, there was a fairly large cockroach swimming laps in their swimming pool - guess it must have been a super fit roach. The staff fished it out, but later the same evening, its younger cousin was taking swimming lessons too. Apart from that though ....... More

Pleasant stay for sure. Simple room but has all the basic necessities. The ladies at the front are super helpful and can organize anything you need. One of the gals busted out a map and drew the route we would need to take to go anywhere, just keep the first one and pull it out each time so you have... More

My wife and I stayed here three nights. A great location within the walled city. We had a room on the 3rd floor and enjoyed our stay. The first night was a bit noisy from people talking out in the halls because the doors are a bit thin. Otherwise the room was great. Simple and clean. The staff at the... More
