I would urge no traveller to stay at this hotel. Here is a brief story about my wonderful stay at the Winner Inn Hotel. Upon arrival, I discovered that my room was not only missing pillow cases but the sheets were covered in blood; this is totally unacceptable on all levels and most importantly, horrifically unhygienic. I asked the hotel... More

Arrived at the Winner Inn Hotel with two others and was greeted by a very rude women behind reception. Despite being advertised for 750baht per night the receptionist asked for 1200baht per night and became increasingly cheeky when questioned about the rise in price. We stayed for one night in a room which was satisfactory for the price paid, however... More

Stayed last night along with 2 friends on our first night in Changmai, after looking at reviews on taxi over we were very sceptical about going however instructed by taxi driver that it was cheap (750 baht) and close to old square so our naivety took us to this hotel! On arrival the staff were shocking, straight away saying it... More

Our stay here was great. Very central and helpful staff. The room photo is misleading and the bed and shower were very average but mini bar had free water and coke every day. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for good value for money.

I maintain that these are the hardest beds I have ever slept on. We had two different rooms, and one of the beds came without a top sheet or blanket, and when we asked for one they simply said cleaning staff was gone and we couldn't have any. In general the staff seem begrudged to help you in any way.... More

we changed the room twice and the result was the same. Cockroaches running over the floor and the bedsheeds were dirty. I tried to discuss this matter with the stuff, but they were not really interested. My recommendation is if you stay in this hotel for some reason have a close look into the room and put a towel at... More

Me and my friend were put at this hotel as part of a Chiang Mai mountain trek package. We stayed here the night we arrived in Chiang Mai and for a last night after our 2 day mountain trek. The staff were pleasant and helped with anything we needed. Breakfast was average. The beds were very hard, and in the... More

Sure we could have spent a lot more on a fancy hotel but we were only in Chiang Mai for three days and had an itinerary to fulfil. The Winner INN was Clean and friendly.and close to the old town. There is a restaurant attached and a cheap laundry opposite. Say, " Hey" for me to the French chap who... More

We were booked into Winner as part of a trip setup at a tourist office in bangkok. We were only staying a few nights in total, with a night away on a jungle trek. During this time they were happy to hold our bags for a small fee. Most the staff were lovely and the breakfast is nice (though nothing... More

Dirty sheets and bathroom. The location is okay you can walk to night bazar but there are tons of other hotels and hostels closer that seem much nicer. The staff was very rude the restaurant food was gross.. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone
