I maintain that these are the hardest beds I have ever slept on. We had two different rooms, and one of the beds came without a top sheet or blanket, and when we asked for one they simply said cleaning staff was gone and we couldn't have any. In general the staff seem begrudged to help you in any way.... More

we changed the room twice and the result was the same. Cockroaches running over the floor and the bedsheeds were dirty. I tried to discuss this matter with the stuff, but they were not really interested. My recommendation is if you stay in this hotel for some reason have a close look into the room and put a towel at... More

Me and my friend were put at this hotel as part of a Chiang Mai mountain trek package. We stayed here the night we arrived in Chiang Mai and for a last night after our 2 day mountain trek. The staff were pleasant and helped with anything we needed. Breakfast was average. The beds were very hard, and in the... More

Sure we could have spent a lot more on a fancy hotel but we were only in Chiang Mai for three days and had an itinerary to fulfil. The Winner INN was Clean and friendly.and close to the old town. There is a restaurant attached and a cheap laundry opposite. Say, " Hey" for me to the French chap who... More

We were booked into Winner as part of a trip setup at a tourist office in bangkok. We were only staying a few nights in total, with a night away on a jungle trek. During this time they were happy to hold our bags for a small fee. Most the staff were lovely and the breakfast is nice (though nothing... More

Dirty sheets and bathroom. The location is okay you can walk to night bazar but there are tons of other hotels and hostels closer that seem much nicer. The staff was very rude the restaurant food was gross.. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone

Overall this hotel was ok. The rooms were clean and simple but the bed was hard as a rock and the shower was not very functional. The staff went from being very nice depending on the person to being rude at times. The breakfast was simple but the kitchen staff were very welcoming. Walking distance from old town and the... We were told by government tourist office in Bangkok that everything was booked out in Chiang Mai and that Winner inn Hotel was the last place available so we booked five nights. I now realize why there were places available. This is our second night here and we've had one bad experience after the other. examples of bad service are... More

Winner Inn hotel is nice but average hotel with simple decor and clean utilities. I had no problems with my stay. The staff are okay, though their customer service could be a tad more friendly and helpful. The Wifi is free but it is rather slow. They clean your towels and replace your utilities such as soap, daily. They give... More

We checked in and checked out 5 minutes later. 1) it looked like we were the only guests in the entire place, No-one was having breakfast in the restaurant and as we walked to our room the corridor was completely empty and unusually quiet, it really was a Ghost town. 2) the room was awful with ancient bed sheets and...
