Basic rooms, without a fridge, very reasonable rates located in Taepei Soi 3 close to the Chaing Maio Gate. Excellent laundry service and Thai Massage ladies. Overnight security guard is a pleasant kid too. Enjoy your stay in Chaing mai, lovely people

Excellent! it's only 250 baht per night for a fan room. It was really clean and had a TV with cable in the rooms. The owner was friendly and helpful. By far the best place I stayed in Thailand.
