Booked the hotel based on pictures I'd seen on the booking sites, but had noticed a wide variety of review swings from good to very bad.. Having now stayed there I understand the issue. I booked two superior rooms for my family on the 11th floor and upon entering the rooms I knew something was not right, while they resembled... More

This hotel is basic, has good sized rooms, a small but well maintained pool and nice breakfasts. I happen to value the quality of the breakfast above much else when staying at a hotel. It is the thing that makes me feel like I'm on holiday. One other thing that this hotel has, and is often hard to find in... More

Only stayed here because the Centara was booked out :( It is ordinary - only thing going for it is the location - GREAT location! When we arrived very late, there was a ridiculous 20 minute conversation saying we had booked and paid for 2 rooms. 1 superior and 1 deluxe. We hadn't booked 2 rooms but anyway got the... More

Horrible bed. Horrible pillows. Horrible service. Brought extra pillows per request but then staff entered room without permission to remove pillows while I was away! Will not stay here ever again. Stay away!!!

Stayed here with friends for 3 nights. While the location is great, pool is refreshing and the breakfast you have to include in price, that's about it. Rooms are very dated, air con rarely effective and wifi, well what wifi. I believe the rooms are way overpriced for what you get. If it was cheaper, then you would get what... More

Stayed here for 3 nights, nice clean hotel but very dated... No safe in my room.. And was given a huge keyring to carry about for my room.. Swimming pool was nice although no decent sun loungers or brolleys for shade and no facilities at all... Not one of the best hotels in chAngmai... Can get much more for the... More

Very nice staff to welcome you on arrival. The location is close to the night market, bars and restaurants. The swimming pool was clean but quite small. The room was a good size and located on the 16th floor which meant that it was quite and with good views. Our stay was very pleasant and we recommend this hotel.first class... More

I stayed at the Royal Lanna Hotel from October 26-30, 2014 and booked directly with the hotel because of the decent Trip Advisor rating and reasonable price. It turned out to be an excellent choice and was literally steps away from the Night Market and numerous local eateries! There was a pool conveniently located on the fourth floor for those... More

Great location and best price in the area for what it offers though it is dated. Breakfast is limited in choice but good quality. Excellent service in the dining room. Front desk were not as efficient as they used to be. No traffic noise. Right next door to the Night Bazaar and many restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Been going... More
