The only advantage is : the location, right on the corner of Tapae road, just a 7 minutes walk to Tapae Road, nothing worth stay in this hotel except the location, looks like an 30 years old hotel, carpet and the flush toilet are dirty....we don't even wanna step on the carpet or use toilet......simply stay one night and moved to the other hotel......

My husband and I were here on the Chinese New Year weekend. We paid 1,400 Baht for this sad old room. It only worth no more than 600 Bht. in my opinion. I booked this room through Agoda because the pictures looks nice. It sure fools me. The bedsheet looks like it has a mold stain on it. The blanket... More

Staff are fantastic, very helpful. They do their very best for you and speak good English. The foyer is very large and welcoming as is the breakfast room to the right. Looks very nice neat and tidy. But that's where it all ends. This hotel needs a huge capitol investment to bring it up to the 21st century. Bathroom and... More

We stayed three nights here and the location is good, about midway between the night bazaar and Tapae Gate. It's not far off Tapae Road but it was very quiet in the (4th floor) room. The bed felt very soft but was good for a sound sleep. The room had enough room even with an extra bed in place. Also... More

14 things about this hotel - 1. The hotel was located on a side street about 50 meters off the main street. This reduced the traffic noise coming from the main street. 2. There was a prominent signboard along the main street pointing the way to the hotel. You could hardly miss it. 3. The hotel was somewhat equidistant to... More

This was my first time staying in Chiang Mai so I have no other hotels to compare it to. But this hotel was very clean, including air conditioning for those of us who need it cool to sleep at night. The mini fridge included complimentary bottled water. I thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant connected to the building and free breakfast. I... More

I checked 2 other hotels in this price range in Chiang Mai that have a better ranking in TripAdvisor, and there is nothing to compare. This hotel is just great value for your money. Also the staff is friendly. The rooms are big and clean. The free WiFi and air condition work fine. The location is just perfect. I just... More

I booked this hotel using reviews from Trip Advisor. My room was clean and comfortable. I was on the side next to the Wat and enjoyed hearing the morning and night prayers. There is a Thai market close by. The staff at the hotel were kind and helpful. Nui especially. He greeted me always with a smile, was interested in... More

Good location - walking distance from the Old City and the Night Bazaar. Room was old and a little run down, but clean. There was only one available outlet in the entire room (none in the bathroom). The hand-held showerhead is mounted very low, making it difficult to wash your hair unless you sit in the tub. Breakfast was pretty... More
