Looked to be the best place along the road so called in to have an evening meal. We were the only people in the restaurant. The service was fine. The meal was what we ordered, hot, tasty. For this part it all looked clean and the staff attentive.

This was by far the worst hotel I've ever been to, understaffed, dirty to the point it's not even sanitary, and with the rudest manager and useless service you can find. Let me tell you my story in three parts: ARRIVAL I booked from one night before our arrival, since we wanted to check in at 7 am (after a... More

First time I have been compeled to write a bad review. The rooms are nice and the ambiance also lovely around the hotel, but that is all I can compliment them on. Buffet breakfast consisted of cornflakes, museli, 2 fruits, one kind of bread, one jam, 1/2 glass orange juice and water, coffee/tea. we had to pay for scrambled eggs.....it... More

I stayed here a handful of years back and loved it but this time it wasn't as nice. The hotel itself was still nice but the service had declined significantly. When I first stayed here, the owner and her daughters were very present. We had been greeted with tea and service was wonderful across the spectrum. This time, they couldn't... More

Tranquil oasis during our time in Chiang Mai (I was on a small group adventure tour). Such a lovely and oldy worldy colonial style hotel. So much better than the guesthouses you usually stay in on adventure tours, but not a concrete 'modern facilities' hotel (some may prefer this type of hotel, I certainly don't). There is a really good... More

Sorry to say, I did not like much about this hotel at all. I don't know what the price tariffs are as I stayed as part of a tour. I found the bed extremely hard and uncomfortable, and my door did not close securely from the inside, I had to pull a heavy piece of furniture in front of the... More

We really enjoyed our three day stay in this hotel. The receptionist could not have been more helpful. The room was charming, full of colonial style furniture and the garden beautifully tranquil which was welcome after the warmth of Chiang Mai town.

The location is ok 10 min walk to the old city. The hotel is quite old but has its charms. If you are afraid at night this should not be the place to stay as its dark. We never took the breakfast even though it was already paid for because it just didn't look appetizing. Rooms are spacious and mattras... More

We had two extra days in Chiang Mai and hotel we stayed in previously was booked out. We stayed here in April 2015 and it was very very quiet. This place is near a main road but we were located at the rear in tropical gardens with a small swimming pool. You could feel however that you were miles from... More
