The bedrooms are large and spacious, although a little dated. The breakfast was very good and there's plenty of choice. The hotel is in a good position. The hotel is in a good position. Some people have complained about this hotel but for the money I paid £25 per night per room for 2 people I can't see why people... More

We got a deluxe corner room which is big but the room is a little tired looking and air is a little stale. The wifi is free but signal is almost non existent. Have to go down to the lobby to use the wifi. The hotel is popular with tour groups so the lifts are not able to cater to... More

I recently had a water leak in my house and decided rather than skip on a good nights sleep and no morning shower I would book in overnight in a hotel. I live in Chiang Mai. At 11pm I drove around and several of my choices were all booked out or couldn't be bothered with a late night check in.... More

Where to start? The air conditioning was terrible - still very hot and they made a terrible noise that woke you up during the night. We had the engineer come up to fix it at one point. He never looked at us, never spoke to us, and left. Suddenly we get a phone call asking us to move rooms. Umm,... More

My partner and I stayed for three nights. Upon arrival we were warned about the shocking wifi so we were prepared, it was bad but nothing major. Yes the lifts were slow and broke down on two occasions but the staff member who stood at the bottom for hours getting lifts for people tried his best. There is also a... More

I was not crazy about this place. The wifi was terrible and goes in and out constantly. The sheets had holes and were a little dirty. The bar charges a service fee whenever you order a drink even though you're staying there which I found strange. The Leaky vents left a huge puddle of water on the floor and the... More

I was hesitate to book this hotel for my friend after all I have seen a few good and bad review on Tripadvisor. First thing, the hotel may be outdated, however, they still keep the hotel clean and the room is in decent condition I must say. I end up staying with my friend for a night and overall stay... More
