3 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

I have stayed at this hotel several times, and overall, I was happy with my latest visit. My first night was a nightmare of noise from the next room, worsened by the ridiculous internal inter-connecting door between the two rooms. I asked for another room and was apparently upgraded! Noise can be a problem in this hotel. My second room... More

I stayed at this hotel back in 2009 and absolutely loved it so I was looking forward to staying again for Songkran. It is definitely not the same, wonderful place that it was not so long ago. The wifi was not accessible in our rooms (I stayed with a group of six people, and we booked three adjoining rooms). I... More

This hotel is your typical business hotel. It's pretty big. There are lots of tourists there. The room was fine, and the bathroom a good size. Both were clean and comfortable. The staff doesn't speak English very well, which was frustrating at times. There is a tourist desk in the hotel, so it's easy to arrange tours and activities. The... More

Walking distance to nearby night market that sell mostly Thai artifacts and souvenirs. Plenty of Restaurant and café is around the corner. Hotel live band should have a change as the lady singer seems having tough time to sing a nice English song and we do not understand the English Song that she sang. Many mosquitoes at the Lounge area

Hotel has a good location, rooms are old but comfortable And spacious. Poor breakfast, only eggs were acceptable to eat. Very slow lifts! at the beginning I was laughing from review about lifts. But when we got room on 18th floor and were forced to wait for lift 10min then I agreed hehe. Very nice swimming pool! With awsome view... More

To better understand my review it is worth using a few words to describe what my wife and I look for when booking a moderately priced overseas hotel. We normally use the hotel as a base from which to visit nearby attractions and seldom use the on-site recreational facilities, spas or upscale restaurants. What we do look for is a... More

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in August (following 2 nights at another disappointing Chiang Mai hotel). We found the room lovely- standard hotel furniture but lovely big windows so very light and airy, both bath and shower in the bathroom, aircon that was definitely required, and the room was cleaned well each day. We enjoyed the breakfast,... More

This large hotel is situated right in the centre of the night market area. Professionally run, it's a nice break away from the hubbub of the night life at its front door. Breakfast was super, and most western things were available. Rooms are large and very spacious, and were clean, neat and tidy. The bathroom is also very spacious, a... More
