I've stayed many times, it's "ok". Fairly clean, reasonably priced. The elevators are very slow, and the food is very average. Maybe even below average considering what you can get outside the hotel! The staffs are quite friendly and do their best. It's just a very average place.

Very dated hotel that needs refurbishment. Staff is not good - at the front desk there is no enthusiasm to provide hospitality and the doorman was simply rude and influenced the concierge to "LIE". They all seem to be lazy and in on a cut for anything and everything. Location is good but the hotel experience was severely lacking. I... More

A large older style hotel but with quite a degree of charm. We booked 2 interconnecting rooms and received an upgrde to a higher floor. Nice views out to Doi Suthep over the airport and down on to the pool area. Rooms were quite large and clean. Kids loved having their own room and privacy.. Just 50 metres or so... More

It's my favorite hotel when i go to chiangmai. For 4 years i didn't go to any other hotels in chiangmai only centara duawngtawan because of the service and facilities and the most important is the location because is located near to the night bazaar market and so close from restaurants and bars and café.

Stayed here for 3 days - nice hotel, make sure to get a room with wooden flooring Great breakfast buffet with offering cuisine from all over. The only downside was that our room had a connecting door to the neighbouring room which meant we could hear people coughing or talking all the time. Would recommend for a short stay in... More

There are 24 floors and if you take a room towards the top you have great views across Chiang Mai particularly at night. The hotel has a grand entrance with twin marble staircases leading to the reception. It's all very spacious but from a previously grand era. It's good value however as the bedrooms are large with a good sized... More

The hotel is a huge business looking skyscaper-type building, and I was in fact upgraded for free to a business suite. The room was big, had a great view and was very comfortable. The choice at breakfast really is phenomenal - truly something for everyone from Indian to waffles with maple syrup. With its size it can feel impersonal, but... More

Chiang Mai is a very smal place in compare to Bangkok and Pataya. this is a good hotel with very good hospitality, nice indian food anf breakfast, very near to city centre. You can find many shopping streets nearby also.
