we were looking forward to staying here and while it looked like it was a great hotel online, its not really. its very dated, the pool is very cold for some reason, alot colder than others in thailand. the lifts are painfully slow and in peak hours you can forget about catching one down to the ground. i waited 20... Great modern hotel Located right in the centre of Chang Mai ,the night markets are just down the road . The Night Bazaar was great for shopping as well as local food. We felt safe and happy to wonder the streets at any time

Hotel is in good location near the market and plenty of good food places around. Room was spacious and clean and offered great views over chaing Mai. My only issue would be that the wifi was very inconsistent and often didnt work and the staff struggled with english but not enough to put me off. Overall good hotel!

I stayed for 5 nights here & got a triple sharing room. They took quite a while to get the bed into the room - we waited for an hour but they didn't get it out, so we left with a message & were glad they got it ready when we returned at night. Generally the room was old and... More

This hotel is perfectly positioned if the Night Bazaar is your priority. There's a vast number of very good F&B outlets within easy walking distance. This hotel is showing signs of aging and massive renovation is needed to regain its past glory. Its room rates do reflect this condition. The facilities are adequate. However, its free Wi-Fi is slow and troublesome as... More

Stayed for 8 days in Sept.14. Overall hotel is fine, staff pleasant. rooms clean, breakfast fine. We had rooms on 10th floor , which needed more sound proofing. Could hear all the going ons of neighbours and them of us I presume. Said free W/Fi but had to go down to lobby to use it which was a bit annoying.... More

Nothing great about hotel except location which is fantastic. Staff are ok, rooms dated but wifi is terrible, I live in thailand and you just could not connect to the network so pointless in having it. I would stay elsewhere next time. Cheap & cheerful

Some of the reviews on here seem to be pretty damning. I think people need to realise this isn't one of Centara's luxurious resorts which you'll find in Hua Hin or Phuket. It's an older hotel in Chiang Mai, but it is absolutely fine for a short stay and extremely well priced. Firstly, the location is 10/10, literally one minute... More
