Was there last week, staying at 1211, 1) Room size is big but sound proof is poor as I can heard the sound thru the connecting room door. The last day raining time you can heard the raindrop hit the window sound. 2) Room Cleanliness OK. Bed is quite comfort not like previous we had stayed other Chiangmai hotel very... More

Chiang Mai Centera Hotel level 16 room has not been renovated. One of the room we got in the first night, its air condition sounded loudly. What an old room! Another room was arranged and this one was not much different from the first one. We requested double bed room but was told unavailable. The single bed was too soft... More

Any review or information stating 4 star property is grossly inaccurate. I am also definitely not some rich snob nitpicking everything. Yes, the lobby does give decent impression. The rooms were also not bad, clean but outdated and unable to receive wireless internet signal. The carpets in the hallways were awful and old with a horrible stench. Not having even... More

Aside from the location this hotel is poor to average at best, i changed room three times due to the wifi being non existent in the first two rooms. It has around 24 floors and possibly the slowest lift I've ever been in, going up and down was an effort. The room itself was average, nothing awful but not great,... More

This is a genuine 4 star hotel. It has everything you need to stay at the hotel for days. Spa is good, the pool area is 5 star, the gym is huge with quality equipment, the changerooms have a 5m hot spa and easy access saunas, seperate for male/female. It has 3 bars, a piano bar often with live entertainment,... More

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We had read some pretty bad reviews so were prepared for a shabby sort of place. Walking into the foyer negated all of that. What a first impression! The best word I can think of is 'Grand'. We were upgraded on arrival and our room was very nice, if a little old. It... More

Good Hotel with helpful staff. Very close to night markets so it is ideally located. Breakfast is quite good with lots of choices. Lifts are a little slow however. It is not an amazing Hotel but is value for money.

A decent hotel in a very good location. The rooms are very big and rather good. I had a nice view against the mountains. The buffe breakfast was so so. Often cold or nearly finished. But sometimes good. The staff very friendly and nice. My only complain would be the elevators. To few elevators for such a large hotel. Often... More

I stayed with my family recently, and it is quite good for most of the facilities. Room is clean and big, breakfast excellent. Receptionists are very helpful, indeed. Tried the gym, steam bath and sauna, and these are of high quality. With the price paid, it is value for money. Near Night Bazaar too. Would recommend to friends
