We got this hotel by Khiri travel because the original hotel of us had to rebuild.. the entrance of this hotel seems great but thats about all of it. We got in our room and it smelled like someone had smoked here 1 minute ago. We wanted to book our tour for the Elephant discovery by phone and wanted to... More

Wide selection of breakfast spread with egg station. French toast was done very well. Thai porridge & soup was good too. Door man very helpful always looking for guests waiting at entrance & offered to get a taxi to come into the hotel drop off. But it can get very rowdy with many tourists rushing to leave.

The lobby looked impressive... That's the only good point. It sure is no palace. Yes it's a room. Yes the shower has hot water. Rooms are both smoker / non smoker there is no separation. The breakfast was stone cold @ 7 am ! Sleep in the lobby @ least it doesn't smell like smoke. They are due for a... More

I stayed here for 3 nights with my friends. The staffs were really helpful, they spoke quite good English. The food was great as they served various kinds of food. Even though they don't provide halal food, we can still choose the ones that don't contain pork. The bed was quite rocky. That's the only weakness I can find.

Stayed at this hotel for a conference and brought my daughter along. The pool was terrible and very pocky. There seemed to be a lack of imagination to decorate and make it feel a pleasant place to hang out. As is typical in many Asian hotels the hallways are not air-conditioned. The entire place could be kept a bit cleaner.... More

The Lanna Palace when it was first built may have been a 4 star hotel, but after the apparent many years of neglect has become a house of horrors and should be renamed the NIGHTMARE hotel. In addition, who ever rates hotel must visit and reclassify and ask the owners to make an investment in this once great hotel. For... More

I stayed here during a tour of Thailand with Gate1 Travel for 3 nights. It was by far the worst hotel on the tour. We were supposed to be at the Le Meridien but it was overbooked and they moved us here. First impressions are good as the lobby is nice and check in was fine. From the elevator on,... More

I don't know how this hotel gets any stars at all. It's literally the worst hotel I've ever stayed in-EVER. We were relocated when our hotel oversold- believe me they're getting an earful. First off, it's filthy. There are stains everywhere. Carpet, wall, shower curtain. The windows and mirrors are smudged and spotted. I saw the cleaning lady sweeping the... More

I booked this hotel last minute for 2 nights 14-16 February. Airport pick up went fine, check-in was smooth. The next breakfast was from 6-10 am at 8:30 there was no plates, most trays of foods we're empty. Only 1 staff member trying to clean tables which were all dirty or occupied about 50% of the tables had no customers... More

My family enjoyed a week at this hotel and overall we had a good experience. We had a large corner room on the 11th floor with a nice view. There was a bathtub which my kids enjoyed. We ate many meals at the restaurant and the food was varied and tasty. The coconut milk ice cream is delicious!
