I stayed here during a tour of Thailand with Gate1 Travel for 3 nights. It was by far the worst hotel on the tour. We were supposed to be at the Le Meridien but it was overbooked and they moved us here. First impressions are good as the lobby is nice and check in was fine. From the elevator on,... More

I don't know how this hotel gets any stars at all. It's literally the worst hotel I've ever stayed in-EVER. We were relocated when our hotel oversold- believe me they're getting an earful. First off, it's filthy. There are stains everywhere. Carpet, wall, shower curtain. The windows and mirrors are smudged and spotted. I saw the cleaning lady sweeping the... More

I booked this hotel last minute for 2 nights 14-16 February. Airport pick up went fine, check-in was smooth. The next breakfast was from 6-10 am at 8:30 there was no plates, most trays of foods we're empty. Only 1 staff member trying to clean tables which were all dirty or occupied about 50% of the tables had no customers... More

My family enjoyed a week at this hotel and overall we had a good experience. We had a large corner room on the 11th floor with a nice view. There was a bathtub which my kids enjoyed. We ate many meals at the restaurant and the food was varied and tasty. The coconut milk ice cream is delicious!

The staff was friendly and did their best to accommodate us. I was there for mission work and they let us use free office space to unpack our medical supplies. There is a yummy breakfast buffet with an omelet station. There is wifi in the lobby, which is nice for those traveling internationally. You get two free drinking water bottles... More

This hotel was just fine, I'd say. There was nothing special to this hotel, besides the extended breakfast buffet. The rooms were not very clean and the hallways look very old and dusty. Everything on the ground floor looks okay, but above that it looks like it has not been maintained for the last couple of years. Also the sauna... More

This is an older property but still OK. It has been well kept - clean and bright lobby and cafe. The rooms are a bit dated and wifi is very slow. But the rates are very reasonable. Staff are helpful and pleasant. A bit away from the the old town but very accessible via tuktuk or songthaew.

Wouldn't come back. Needs renovation, new linnens and better cleaning. Rooms large and with nice view, but that's all. Staff nice and helpful but with average or none English. Breakfast OK, but nothing special. Hotel restaurant fine - we were positively surprised when we decided to eat our dinner there because of heavy rain outside. Not far from the center... More

We had a wonderful 16 night stay at Lanna Palace. We booked last minute after walking away from the ghastly accommodation we had pre-booked. The staff were fantastic in having a room ready for us within the hour despite us just turning up off the street with our luggage and gave us a fantastic rate for B&B. The hotel is... More

This hotel could have a lot going for itself but unfortunately falls shot on many accounts. First and foremost the rooms are noisy. Single glazing means I was kept awake most of the night by the constant traffic, birds and singing from the temple at 6am right outside the hotel, that from the 8th floor. Add to that my upstairs...
