Rooms for the price are OK although lighting is generally poor. I had to be moved from what they called the Chinese room as it was not even possible to read a book. Views from windows are lousy and one room I stayed in looked onto roofs and a dump area. Breakfasts are very mediocre. Suggest not bothering and going... More

We stayed a week and can't really fault this place for the price. It's well located, clean, with friendly staff and a nice pool. The bed was very hard but that was quickly sorted. Only suggestion would be to beef up the coffee making facilities a bit for our morning coffee. We had to get our lattes elsewhere :).

This place was a god-send after Khao San Road hostels in Bangkok. Chiang Mai is lovely and this place has a lot of families and couples staying. Most people go out on tours during the day and come back for an afternoon by the pool before dinner and the rest of the night. The restaurant is overpriced, there is so... More

Have stayed here twice, and will come back. Great location in central Chiang Mai, but very quiet and peaceful. The garden and pool area is fantastic! Spacious, beautiful decorated rooms and polite staff. Breakfast and wifi could be better...

Me and my Girlfriend Stayed here for 3 nights in April 2014. We booked the hotel online just the night before our arrival during Songkran. When we arrived at the hotel the staff where friendly and polite, service with a smile. The room was nice, large and spacious. It was decorated in authentic Thai style. Everything worked, the aircon was... More

We stayed here 5 nights as a family of four and enjoyed the pool very much. The hotel is located very conveniently. Skip the buffet breakfast as it is not so good and explore some of the many wonderful food options Chiang Mai has to offer. The staff were polite although indifferent. No wifi in the rooms was disappointing. There... More

This small friendly place is very central. Still it is quiet. Nice pool in the center. The breakfast and food is ok but could be better. The wifi dont work inside the rooms but you can sit outside in the garden. Outside is landary and massage. We could recommend the place! Thomas, Stina and Niclas

This place looks a lot better in their web pictures. Location is ok. Rooms are nice by Thai standards. Best part is the pool. It was really hot when we were there and the pool was a great place to cool off after a busy day. Staff seemed indifferent. The hotel could benefit from from a bit of staff hospitality... More
