First off, this review is long overdue. My husband and I were lucky enough to stay at this amazing property in early December of 2014. We stayed in the Villa Deluxe Sweet and loved every moment. The room was so clean, well kept and stocked appropriately. They are also spaced out so well, that we felt like we were the... More

We stayed at Dhara Dhevi 3 nights in a Colonial Deluxe Suite. The hotel is very special and I have not seen anything like this before. It is amazingly beautiful. The suites are very big and we had our own butler and jacuzzi in the bathroom. The rooms are nicely decorated and huge and very clean. The pools are also... More

We spent 2 nights at this beautiful hotel/spa. The food is excellent, service impecable and the massages/spa experience first rate. We enjoyed the local blessing ceremony and dance performance before dinner.

It is rare where we can honestly say our expectations were always exceeded, and then some. Our hotel room turned out to be a house. Tranquil, beautiful, serene and other superlatives that make this truly one of the best hotels in the world.

We stayed two nights here in a Colonial Suite and, although a touch out of town, it was still worth the stay and we wished we had at least another night here to fully enjoy the hotel as well as Chiang Mai. The room was excellent and the surroundings were beautiful. Would highly recommend this hotel so long as you... More

This is a great hotel spoiled only by its size (but don't let that put you off). The hotel is a little way outside the town and I hired a car which made thing easier. The rooms are well furnished, comfortable and properly maintained. The staff are really friendly and helpfull without being intrusive. The large pool is a joy.... More

one of the most unusual places I have ever stayed in . More like a village / small town than a hotel . Complete with suites , villas and paddy fields . Wife and I stayed in one of the villas overlooking a paddy . The accommodation was first class built and furnished in expensive traditional Thai styl ( dread... More

Had an amazing time in Chang Mai on a Travcoa Tour and my only regret was not be able to spend more time at this lovely hotel. From the delicious breakfast spreads (would LOVE the recipe for the mango rosemary jam!) to the gentleman outside the window of my fantastic room playing the lute (?) in the morning while bathing... My wife and I stayed at the Dhara Dhevi for 6 nights in February. Dhara Dhevi is an amazing place to stay and probably the most amazing hotel I've have ever stayed. The resort is built up as a village consisting of old temples, pagodas, colonial houses and other buildings. There are even rice fields in the middle of the resort... More
