The Park Hotel is a very good hotel around 3/4 mile from the towns night market.Rooms are very good and well appointed with the all of the facilities you could need although the reception security safe is a bit small (there isn't a safe in the room). The morning breakfast was very good with an extensive choice.

We stayed three nights here on our OAT trip and each was a struggle trying to sleep on a lumpy mattress. Room was worn and mold in the bathroom. Location was near nothing within walking distance and the neighborhood was somewhat questionable with ladies of the evening lining the local street bars at night. Could take a tuk tuk to... More

The Park Hotel is centrally located a few kilometers down the street from the Night Market and the old city. The staff was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. A free shuttle van takes guests to the night market. The pool is located on the top floor of the hotel and is well maintained. Rooms are spacious, clean, nicely appointed, and... More

The hotel is quite nice, with friendly staff, beautiful entrance hall, and pretty breakfast hall. But, even though the staff is friendly, I didn't feel that I was welcome there. The room was ok, but quite shabby, especially the bathroom. The receptionists were not very helpful in terms of sightseeing - the only advice I could get re going somewhere... More

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with our tour of Thailand. We found the room to be spacious, clean and quiet. The shower was excellent and the water was hot. The staff of all departments were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure that the guests were happy. The breakfast was hot and fresh... More

We stayed at the Park Hotel Chiang Mai for three nights in room 827 during our OAT tour of Thailand in December. This is clearly a hotel that caters to tour groups. The room included a closet with at least 8 “real” hangers, an old style TV, luggage rack, refrigerator with two complementary bottles of water, tissues, shampoo, and a... More

I just finished up a second stay at the Park! I could not have asked for more in terms of cleanliness, value, friendliness, helpfulness and comfort. I want to thank Ms. Mon and her staff for their friendly, courteous service at the breakfast buffet. She is the best! Definitely will be back!

I have stayed here for 8 nights in October 2011 and again for 6 nights in October 2012. Having travelled Thailand quite extensively, I honestly rate 'The Park' as the best hotel of all. I've never had what I'd class as bad accommodation, so I've been lucky, but this hotel rates as first class for me. The rooms are large,... More

This hotel caters to large tour groups, and seems to handle them well. However, we were a small group of 3 (couple and adult son). The good - the room was clean, comfortable and a reasonable size. Front desk staff were very friendly and recognized us each time we approached the desk for our keys. Breakfast buffet was reasonable and... More
