The foyer is nice. The rooms are roomy. The TV is very old and the bathroom clean but dated. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately you had to buy Internet, the breakfast was ordinary and there were no tea or coffee making facilities In the rooms. I don't think I would stay there again, however, as there... More

Yes its old as what i've read from the previous posts but other than that the hotel is fantastic! Breakfast was great! The pool at the top floor was nice! The view from the room was picturesque. Not that near from the old city but not far either. Perfect location. Very quiet place. Also they have surprise free flowers and... More

To be fair, the staff is genuinely friendly and forthcoming. I cannot fault the service levels nor do I complain about the rooms. Yes, the decor is decades-old, but the interiors are well maintained and the bed comfortable. The breakfast buffet is definitely nothing to rave about and the price probably a bit high for a place of this calibre.

Stayed for four nights with my husband and parents during the Christmas rush. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that it is clean. Otherwise, they haven't updated the rooms in the past twenty years. Shabby blankets, dated television set, no inroom safe, no proper hair dryer, obnoxious Internet policies that totally contradict their online advertisements,... More

Our family has stayed here 3 times now. There are 5 of us and we get adjoining rooms. The prices are very reasonable for this level quality hotel. Friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, and convenient location. Easy to get tuk-tuk or songtao outside the hotel.

I stayed with a group of people in late October and early November. We used a total of 5 rooms. I enjoyed my stay very much. The rooms were quite and comfortable. Everything was clean. We were given "gifts" daily including flower arrangements, tropical fruit, boxes of chocolate, and earrings. Breakfast had many choices including omelets, waffles, eggs, breads, fruit,... More

I brought a group of 12 people to this hotel for several nights mid November, 2014 and was very impressed with the helpful staff and various amenities not always available in other hotels. There was a bottle opener in the bathroom, a clothes mending service, currency exchange, copying service, dry cleaning and laundry services, a wonderful pool on the 10th... More

This is a very clean comfortable hotel. Staff are very professional and friendly. My wife and myself were extremely impressed by the service of Kamonnaree (Mon) she looked after us and provided many tips on sightseeing in Chiang Mai. She even went to the trouble of arranging for a heart shaped cake at dinner as she thought we were on... More

The Park Hotel is a nice hotel in Chiang Mai. Breakfast is really good and the staff is very friendly. Rooftop pool has a great view over the city. It is not directly in the centre but you are in the centre in 10 minutes with a tuctuc. No free wifi...that was a pity.

First - the hotel and staff were really nice. Staff were happy and friendly - so thank you! Breakfast - super! Good service, great food. Pool- nice. Guests were not entirely sure they could get bar service there - but when we ordered via phone, they all started ordering... So maybe that needs to clearer. Building - dated but nice.... More
