I was happy to stay at The Park Hotel. It was clean from the entrance to the lobby, guest seating area, lift and hotel room. There was ample space for our big group. The decor is distinctly Thai and even the function rooms show for it. Breakfast was fine.

I was not sure what to expect on this trip to Chiang Mai. When I arrived at a totally strange airport (never been) I was met by a smiling man with a sign bearing my name. The hotel had sent him. I immediately felt good. When I entered the lobby reception area the door was opened for me, the reception... More

Nice hotel with friendly staff. My room was comfortable and clean. Mini bar in room but no coffee machine. Big bright clean lobby with happy hour in the bar area just before dinner. Breakfast had lots of options but if you get there when the big tour groups are in they run out of things. Go early for best selection.... More

stayed here for two nights as part of a tour.nice big rooms and good choice at breakfast. very friendly and helpful staff. downside would be no kettle in the room and paying for wifi as haven't done that in 6 months travelling. lights console is awkward to use particularly in the dark

THe Park Hotel in Chiang Mai is an established facility but still very comfortable. The staff is extremely accommodating - ready to help as they can. The dining room food is very tasty - they even try to have some dishes for us Westerners. The rooms are nice, beds comfortable, the bathroom first class. They make sure you have a... More

My first impressions of this hotel were not very positive. The guest rooms are quaint and spacious but with very dated furnishings - mentioned must be made of the bulky old fashioned television set with limited English channels (three, by my count). Room amenities are very standard but nothing that surpasses expectations. I had booked a Deluxe room that promised... More

The breakfast had a good variety of Chinese & western items from 6 - 10 a.m. and the servers were very helpful. Unfortunately, I didn't see any Thai items. Both the stairs and elevator accessed the rooftop pool which was just long enough for laps (around 16 meters). It was unheated and seemed to maintain the average 24 hour temperature... More

We found this lovely classic hotel through booking.com on our last night in Thailand, unexpectedly coming back to Chiang Mai 1 night before leaving. We loved the amazing room and amenities: sweets and complimentary drinks on arrival, bouquet of fresh roses delivered to room, extra comfortable bed, huge space, and awesome view of the mountains and sunset. It took us... More

the hotel is not one of new boxes. It is old style, I don't know when it was built. Everything inside is great and large. The foyer, the dining rooms, and also the bedrooms are very big with a large sitting area. The hotel is very clean, and the service, like in the whole of Thailand is excellent. It is... More

The foyer is nice. The rooms are roomy. The TV is very old and the bathroom clean but dated. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately you had to buy Internet, the breakfast was ordinary and there were no tea or coffee making facilities In the rooms. I don't think I would stay there again, however, as there... More
