This hotel is in an excellent location close to the Night Bazaar with multiple eating options nearby and several bar areas. However, the hotel is in a quiet location off the main street. The room was quite clean. The room includes a desk, some chairs, sofa, a large wardrobe, slippers, free tea/coffee, 2 free bottles of water, a kettle and free... More

The price is affordable, for the price,it is fine for hotel to be old. It is comfortable, however not recommended to ask for extra bed as the extra bed is not comfortable. The hotel is near night market. However I feel it is more suitable to stay near the Sunday walking street instead of night market as there is more... More

The hotel is only minutes from the night bazaar with all it restaurants and market stalls. Its not a new hotel but the rooms are large clean and have good air conditioning. Welcoming helpful staff and an ok buffet breakfast. No bacon for breakfast. The hotel food is good and inexpensive. WIFI good. All in all a good place to... More

At this Hotel I got the best value pricing ever. The Hotel is very central located. The stuff is very friendly. The room (we became a free upgrade) was very big and clean, own Terrasse with nice views to the mountains included. The bed was comfortable. The only thing what I can not recommend is the breakfast which is quite... More

Pleasant, well-maintained three-star hotel (no smoking) in a quiet street literally around the corner from the sprawling Night Bazaar. Generous breakfast buffet. A wide variety of tours can be booked at the travel desk in the lobby.

It was good locastion and ok rooms, little bit old but Good. Nice breakfast and the hotel have tour's of different type, not for free of course. Be careful around on karoke bars. They scam you before you know it and you get a big bill. hahaha But karoke is bad and they not tell you what to pay and... More

I stayed here a few days ago and this hotel is perfect for someone on a budget but wants a clean / well situated hotel. It is just around the corner from the main street and very close to the night bazaar area. I have no issues about anything in this hotel

I stayed here during songkran, this hotel is perfectly situated just off the main night bazaar area, just far enough away to be quiet ( 3 min walk ). The hotel is very clean and tidy, reception were always helpful when ever I needed anything, food was quite nice however I only made breakfast once in my stay.

Totally not what I expected for the price...Room was cleaned nicely, bed was made perfect, the room smelled great! the only thing that would make this place above awesome would be a decent sized flat screened TV., I don't watch much tv but it just would go with the decor and renovation job. The pictures posted on agoda and trip... More

This 80 room budget boutique hotel is in the best location in the city. Only steps away from the Night Market and in the midst of some of the best restaurants in the city, the Star is located on a quiet lane where the noise and activity of Chang Klan's bustle seem far away. The rooms are clean and comfortable,... More
