The room is spacious, modern, clean, and wonderful. The hotel has a few minor annoyances: located outside town, no food offered and the staff speak poor english but the hotel is lovely and the minibar in the room comes with some complimentary snacks and waters. For the price the room can not be beat.

The hotel is good for its pricing and location - if you plan to go to local bars at night. The price is very friendly, compared to its brand new building. Plus, the location is in a walking distance to local bars where locals hang out e.g. Ta Chang. What I dislike about the hotel are the reception and room... More

Even they do not provide breakfast ( as there's no in-house restaurant ), it's still comfortable since there's a convenience store ( 7-11 ) in front of the hotel and lots of food stalls and shops nearby. ( No need to worry about food when you stay at Napattra Hotel ). Room is new, clean, neat and tidy with modern-easy... More

We stayed here for 2 nights. Room - big but that's about it. A very empty room with an unwelcoming bathroom. Free drinks and snacks in the fridge (re-filled everyday). Wi-fi was good. Both nights we were there, it was raining hard at night and it leaked into the room both nights. Luckily our luggage were on the other side... More

Our last station of Thailand trip was Napatra Hotel, which my boyfriend has stayed there before. It is a modern style hotel with quite nice big rooms. My boyfriend continued to choose this hotel because he was happy with their parking lots. At the parking lots sometimes you can see nice cars and motorbikes with interesting plates which indicates the... More

This hotel is very suitable for those who self drive and organised car touring vacation in North Thailand as they have big car parking area. Lots of greenery and can hear birds chirping early morning. Strongly recommended for those who prefer big open places.

A very nice place to stay while staying in Chiangmai. Friendly and attentive staff. It should be called a Motel as there is no dining room. However there is unlimited tea, coffee and soft drinks in the reception area and free snacks in the bedroom fridge. Room was very clean and modern. The bed was very hard but I soon... More

Stayed in a Standard Room for 890 Baht. Large room for the price paid. Very good and generous lighting. I can choose bright or not too bright. 2 spot lights from the high ceiling to the bed to read at night. Clean room. New hotel. Modern decoration. The shower curtain is very old and this is the only thing I'm... More

Nice hotel, clean and decent sized rooms with mod cons. Not in the greatest location, about a 15-20 minute walk from the old city. Not many tuk-tuks around the hotel so getting into town will often involve a bit of a walk. Getting back is no problem, 50-60 baht from the middle of the old city will get you home... More

Though the hotel is not central located, there is 7-11 at the corner and a few food stalls nearby. My room is facing a nice grassland, very peaceful and beautiful. The shower curtain needed to be cleaned. A bit moldy.
