We stayed in this guesthouse for two nights. The owners were friendly and helpful... when they were actually in the guesthouse. During one whole day the reception area downstairs was dark and unstaffed, and we had to let ourselves in using the outside key they had provided us with. Our room wasn't cleaned or made up at all during our... More

I have mixed feeling about this place. I'll start with Pros: it's in a nice place in the old city-- quiet, but very accessibly to busier streets. The coffee shop two doors down has incredibly coffee. It has strong wifi that doesn't cut in and out. It's super clean. The owners are incredibly nice and helpful. cons: no windows in... More

We stayed 3 nights at the Wait for it and although the owners were incredibly friendly and helpful and so sweet, I have to rate this hotel a 1. First of all, there are windows, but no windows that open onto the street, the rooms are TINY and the toilet is so close to the wall that you have to... More

We've spent a single night in this guesthouse during our trip in Northern Thailand. It is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance from the main points of interest in Chiang Mai. Our double room with bathroom was clean enough and included a small fridge in which complimentary bottles of water were provided. The free Wi-Fi Internet connection worked... More

The guesthouse is very simple, but there's everything you need and they have very soft towels. The owner couple are both very friendly and hospitable. I arrived at 5 am and the owner allowed me to check in at 6 already, I'm still thankful to him for that! His wife is lovely and very friendly. The location is just around... More

Stayed here toward the end of august 2013. I had such a great time in Chiang Mai, and Frank (the hostel owner) was a real character in my stay. He was very helpful and informative and his tours at their discounted price offer the best value for money in the city. The white water rafting and elephant trekking tour was... More

Stayed here beginning of August 2013. Frank and his wife are extremely accommodating and the hostel is in an excellent location kept very clean. The owners were friendly and helped me to arrange taxis and days out around chiang mai at discounted rates. They also gave me local advice on what to do and how to get around which was... More

Frank and Sara, the couple that runs the place, are excellent with customer service. In general, the place is not as clean as it should be (my room included). Also note that for the single room, the bathroom is extremely small.
