Good location. Cheap. However, it just didn't do it for me. The towels are very very old, they are thin, torn and no longer white. Sheets and bedding are not very clean. I'm not sure they are washed properly. Something smells weird either the air con or the bed. I dont think they clean properly here since the reception room... More

Hotel is in Nimman soi 17. Only 5 mins walk from road. Many pubs and restaurant for nightlife addicted at the end of street which is very closed to hotel.Staff is welcome. No ABF included. No elevator but room is nice and clean. Very cheap compared to nearby hotel in the area.

I stay one night in this hotel. It is reasonable budget hotel with no frill. The location is very good in Nimmanhemin area, where hip things happen. There is no breakfast or restaurant for service, but it is not a problem, since there are food everywhere nearby. Free wi-fi and parking are added value for the price. A small garden... More

Hotel is reasonably priced. Stayed in 2 different rooms over 2 nights. Both well presented and clean. Aircon is brilliant... Ice cold! Staff more than helpful And only a 5 minute Tuk Tuk to city chiang mai city centre. Would recommend Johnny.

Staff were very friendly and very polite. Very clean & quiet. No durian allowed inside ! LOL a plus !! Great spot for nightlife in the surrouding area. Not the least expensive but more than enough if you want to pay yourself a little bit of "luxury'.

Spent 3 days at Namman Resort and found it good value for the price we paid. It is situated on a quiet road around half an ours slow walk to Chiangmai city centre. The staff are pleasant and helpful as were the cleaning staff. The rooms were ok for the price but a little noisy as there were a few... More

Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights. The place had a Modern Lanna decoration which I love. I believe it is cheaper to book directly with the hotel than booking.com because I've seen banners advertising this hotel for 550baht a night, whereas I paid double the amount. This place is very new, they are still undergoing renovation to... More

The desk attendants and security guard are very nice and helpful. We were able to leave our stuff before check in and go see some sites. It's a good location, quiet and close to a lot of more "hi so" restaurants and bars, but there are still cheaper restaurants available in the area. It is very easy to get a... More
