We had the standard double room and were very happy with it. Both the room and the bathroom were quite spacious and very clean. The location is great, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Wifi is fast and reliable. There is a large fridge in the room with a minibar. Water is provided free of charge every day. There is... More

I booked here at the last minute when all my "normal" Chiang Mai hotels were full on a busy weekend. I was a little apprehensive at first due to the "budget: pricing, half what I normally pay. I am very happy I went ahead. This is a very friendly small hotel. The room we had was small, but meticulously clean... More

We booked the superior double room for the first night and thereafter the standard double room. The superior double room was alot bigger and is worth paying the extra. The hotel is around the corner from Ratmakka Road which has alot of really great places to eat healthy vegetarian food. Everything was clean and we had no issues during our... More

First I have to say that I was staying in another place wich was quite bad and decided to try this guesthouse. It was the most clean low budged accommodation from all that I've stayed in Thailand. See this picture of the glass and complamentary water (there were two). It's a good example of how organised this place is. It... More

Great location if you're looking to explore the old town and the night market. The owner was very helpful and sweet. We were warned about noise from a nearby bar as soon as we booked and again when we arrived, but never heard a thing at night. We stayed in room 5 and felt the price we paid for the... More

For those looking for a clean and decent room at a nice location this will have to be THE one in Chiang Mai. The location is such that it is within the old city (quiet), and yet walking distance to the most attractions for the city. Night market is just 15-min slow walk. Plentiful of bikes and cars rentals close... More

We loved this Hotel so much, even before arriving (about 10 day before) we were sent an email confirming our reservation outlining the price and what room we'd be staying in. This was a first for me and certainly a welcome one. Our Room faced out onto the Road which was pretty busy at night but the noise was never... More

I am writing this review while we are still here in Chiang Mai. The guest house is really one of the best choices you can make to stay in Chiang Mai. It has only a couple of rooms, I guess 6-8 and ours is really nice, modern and clean. It has A/C, TV, a fullsize fridge and a nice bathroom.... More

We stayed in Chiang mai over the New Years eve for 10 days and had a great stay. The hotel's location was so handy to go everywhere. On NYE, we saw fire works, komroi floating in the sky from our window. Owners are very helpful , room was cleaned everyday, very good price of minibar. as it face busy road... More
