The room was very basic and clean, which is all I expected for the price we payed. It was cheap to stay here and is great place if you are on a budget. The staff was friendly and it was in a great location close to many thing. I would definitely stay there again

Stayed here for business end of last year and I left with fond memories. Really comfortable stay with everything you could think of catered for, and one of the most comfortable beds ive ever slept in!

The extremely well priced rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, right on a quiet street full of cute little bars and restaurants, yet very close to the heart of Chiang Mai. Although there are bars adjacent to the guest house there is no noise at night, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed. The staff... More

As a budget traveller, I likethis hotel. It is near to the restaurant and located on a good location. Breakfast has various international food. Staff is friendly and helpful. This is the first hotel which I stay during our holiday ( 3 month in total ) I recommended this hotel!

As a budget traveller, we enjoyed our stay here. The fan was enough to keep us cool at night, walking distance to both Saturday and Sunday markets. Owner very helpful in booking tours, willing to call and get best price. Great cheap food in restaurant. We enjoyed our stay here very much

The guest house was cheap and had a ok location, that is why we chose to stay there. Otherwise I would have chosen a better place, with better beds and bathrooms. But, you get what you pay for. We never got to try the food there, but we heard it was supposed to be good.

Stayed here for 5 nights - beginning of March 2013. I cannot fault this place atall, the location is excellent- in walking distance of all the night markets / bars/ restaurants and shops. The owner is lovely and is very helpful in booking trips/ flights etc at a cheaper rate than the travel agents. The rooms are basic but clean... More

I stayed in this guest house merely for the cheap price I have found in one of the booking sites. The service was excellent especially with the lady who never got tired serving her guests. They also sell cheap tours and I bought 1 going around the golden triangle. I wish I could stay longer in Chiang Mai to experience... More

3 nights turned into 5. It was a fine deal at 350B/night, nice lady runs it and also has a good kitchen to grab a bite to eat. She also offers arrangement of lots of tour options and taxi service, so it's very convenient. Warm shower, fan, bedding, towels. Perfectly adequate for the money! Nice to have your own room... More
