I would stay here again. Here's why: Friendly and helpful staff Comfortable and clean room and bathroom Wonderful pool Yummy breakfast Location was easy to find. Coffee shop out front has fabulous treats It's good to be aware that the building is made with wooden floors- this can make those rolling suitcases sound a bit loud, but the hotel is... More

Really enjoyed a 2-night stay at RIch Lanna. We would have extended had there been availability. On approach we were not so impressed with the curb-appeal, and I admit that the climb up 4 flights of stairs was a challenge at times, but the facility quality-- right in the center of Chiang Mai on the "wall" of the old city--... What a wonderful little boutique hotel with beautiful and interesting décor. My room was charming, shower good. Breakfast was very delicious, with excellent choices. Staff could not have been more helpful with tour bookings and general service along with lots of smiles. The hotel is exceptionally clean throughout. 24 hour 711 store very close by. Can highly recommend this small... More

Stayed here with my wife and kids (4 years and 9 months). It was very convenient to get around as they help you hail a red car or tuktok. The hotel itself is very quaint and comfortable. The pool was also very nice (small, but worked for us). Breakfast buffet was also very nice with the river as a view.... More

Spent the most comfortable nights in Thailand in this lovely and charming hotel. I used their complimentary bikes to navigate the Old City, tour the temples, and ride around the gated areas. Do NOT miss the breakfast! The coffee was an excellent treat. Warm water showers, comfy and clean beds, very romantic setting, too. Be sure to read the hotel... More

The Rich Lanna House offers excellent value and service for travelers of any age. The owner has paid great attention to detail in all aspects. The interior design, furniture, and artwork are reflective of the Lanna style. A nice touch throughout are samples of artwork by well known Chaing Mai artists. The lobby and pool area are both very welcoming... More

Rich Lanna House is beautifully furnished with interesting details. Our room was comfortable, not so big but just enough for our purposes. The pool was nice for cooling down. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The buffet breakfast was also very good. I just wondered the service attitude of the staff. You almost needed to chase them to get... More

My wife and I stayed in Rich Lanna House for 3 nights in Feb 2015. The room we stayed in was nicely furnished and clean. Wifi was spotty in the room but worked fine in the lobby. The staff was super friendly. We stayed on the second floor. There isn't much in terms of outside views from the room but... More

Spent two nights here; location doesn't place you near much locally but that results in their reasonable rates. Checked in and we were being charged more for a smaller room than the one we had reserved directly with the property. Took some time "standing firm" for what was on their email to me, and we got a sizeable room (Lanna... More

We spent a weekend in Chiangmai with my parents while they were visiting from Australia so booked two rooms. The guesthouse, which is more like a boutique hotel, is located on the northern end of the Old City, so a 15min walk to the centre where all the temples and better cafes are, or a 20baht/pp songthaew ride. It feels... More
