Beware the fine print. Their website requires a non-refundable deposit of 1-2 nights stay, and they mean non-refundable. There are plenty of good hotels with more flexible policies. more

The hotel is a family owned and run facility. The staff and other guests just make you feel like you have arrived home. The rooms are wonderful. Meals are just a pleasure to attend, especially breakfast. This place is just great. Little out of Chiang Mai but just a taxi ride away. Love this hotel. more
