Nice hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast. Located between the old city and the mountain temple along the main road, it's situated ideally for visiting these sites. The wifi was only free in the lobby area, but my trip being a vacation - I didn't really care.

The hotel is far from the old town and simply out of date. All the furnishing are old and outworn. The reception charges 40 baht for a small bottle of water (4 baht in the 7-Eleven) and 100 Baht/day to use the wifi. Room rates are about double than smaller hotels at better locations with free wifi in the old... More

I stayed in this hotel for a week. It was for a conference arranged by our host organization. The driver of the hotel van was kind and courteous. The porter, too. The location was far from the maddening crowd, though far from the fruit and night market. Beside the hotel is a quaint strip of boutiques and restaurants with western... More

Good food, wide range of various dishes. I didnt stay here for the night but had a great lunch, many thanks to the hotel. The desert, fruits are really good. Not that busy and people are quitely eating their food. View on the swimming pool and garden is good. Kind regards,

Me and my friend stay there for 3 nights. It was our first trip to Chiang Mai.Just after our check in we have a good massage in our room. That was the best thing. The price of massage are very cheap. The staff are friendly, food was good, The surrounding place and the location is very good. Above all it... More

Didn't stay long, I believe about two nights. The food was good and the room was nice. Unlike the other reviews I would like to point out that Wi-Fi was free if you knew where to go (small sitting area almost hidden under some stairs near the restaurant entrance). It wasn't fast but good enough to do some low data... More

Stayed here on my first trip to Chiang Mai. At first, I actually thought it was okay. To staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean. The problem is with the management. They charge for Wi-Fi! And worse, they routinely "run out". It's first come, first served, so if you don't "book" your internet use in advance you're out... More

This hotel is good for the price. I paid 800 baht per night for the hotel n stayed there 3 nights. We don't spend much time in the hotel so it's good though not big. There's no wifi in the hotel unless u pay but it's OK because it's a holiday n we don't need wifi. Staffs are very friendly.... More

Spending time in off season is so much off. Staff ignorant, no service, unproper behaviour of restaurant-staff. everything working with mininum of effort from staff. Only good thing, I can think off is, that the elevators were working. Small rooms, lousy bathrooms.no service around pool-area. Reception is sort of working, but a general very bad experience, considering price and former... More

We paid over 1000 Baht for a room in the Tower part of the hotel. It is simply over priced. The room is simple with ugly and old decor form the (80's or older). We stayed in a guesthouse the day before and paid half the price for a better place. The beds were fine. The plugs in the bathroom... More
