We paid over 1000 Baht for a room in the Tower part of the hotel. It is simply over priced. The room is simple with ugly and old decor form the (80's or older). We stayed in a guesthouse the day before and paid half the price for a better place. The beds were fine. The plugs in the bathroom... More

We stayed here one night before we flew out of Chiang Mai.. It was $30 AUD.. We had a great room.. nice big bed, bathroom was good.. Very clean and stylish.. Staff were helpful.. We were first taken to a room with twin beds and when I said "We ordered a double bed room" they changed it straight away and... More

We stayed there for a few nights and found the rooms bit on the small side. The buffet breakfast had a nice variety to choose from though it was the same offerings each day. Sometimes there was hot water for the showers and other times it wasn't working. One night there was a grand opening for a nearby plaza so... More

YES "STAY AWAY" as Cris from Rio wrote. Totally agree - STAY AWAY!!! I went there with my girlfriend and we planned to stay for a week. On arrival, it was disappointingly located quite far from market area. Rooms were less than basic and very ugly. On the first day, we needed to change some details to courses we had... More

I was there for a seminar. The tower rooms are bit old, but ok. Food was great and lots of choice. Bit far from center of cith, but easy to get cheap taxi(red car) at 20THB each ride to anywhere. All staff are so freindly and helpful all the time. No bed bags (the review in the past mentioned) are... More

Tower rooms are old and a bit run down. I was there for a seminar and so had breakfast and lunch included in price so value for money for me was quite good. Wifi not free and doesn't work everywhere on property, but did work in room without problem. Buffet breakfast & lunch was good, nice enough swimming pool, staff... More

Stay away. I went for a conference and was there for a week. We were 60 people in total and on my last day I woke up full of bed bug bites on my arms, back and part of my thigh. Others in my party experienced the same thing. Told the hotel managment...they didn't care...Thai's like most Asian don;t like... More

We didn't book this hotel in advance and picked it by chance while looking for accommodation in area of Chang Mai close to Doi Suthep. What I liked in short: 1) price was just 1000 baht per room. That included very healthy and variable breakfast 2) wifi was charged separately as 100 baht per day. I think this is also... More

I booked tower wing, not the resort wing, so, it was so old , dirty and smell not really good, the room next to my room is so noisy, toilet is not clean I didn't dare to try bathtube, it's like being used since the world warr II. The good thing is early check-in, they provided me early check in... More

We picked this hotel to chill out by the pool and garden and get away from the hustle and bustle of town so we booked the superior garden view room. Unfortunately, this hotel seems more interested in functions than it's guests. All three nights that we stayed here there it was impossible to relax in the garden/pool area because of... More
