Stayed here again with friends, rooms very spacious, clean and bathrooms good with plenty of hot water and very good pressure in shower.Breakfast pretty basic but ok but sorry to say the hotel had a large contingent of chinese and there lack of manners and selfish behaviour was how you imagine hungry pigs let loose on a full trough to behave.Dont blame... I have stayed 3 times at this hotel. It was a rather long time ago. The hotel is rather old and a few things looks worn out. The room was ok. Average room but clean and the bed was ok. The staff was pretty nice here. And the breakfast was good. But the hotel is a long way from the... More

The hotel location is good, near chiangmai university and chiangmai zoo including Doi suthep. I stay in Deluxe room, very big room and good view to see Doi Suthep view. But the bathroom's not to much good, old but average clean. The buffet in the morning in restaurant not good coz many guests from tour. If you are not serious,... More

I live opposite here, and was forced to stay there one night.. and can honestly say it is absolutely dreadful. The lobby looks nice, but the rooms are really dirty and poor quality. They are catering to chinese tour groups, who have little choice once they arove, so they can get away with it/ Avoid

Unimpressive at I first arrived to check in to my booked room which was supposed to be deluxe type with one double bed since I made a booking directly through hotel website as well as carefully called them to confirm my request of having one double bed set up in my room. Hotel staff who picked up my call told... More

It was my second times for staying in Deluxe room! I like hotel style which is Lanna's Thai style and the hotel is bigger than others. There was excellent airport transfer, new van and nice driver! Receptionists were not friendly but they're processional instead. Breakfast was good that so many kind of foods to selected such as; Thai and western... More

This hotel was built as it suggests in 2000 and is just a regular local 4 star property. The rooms are in fair condition, comfrtable beds and the bathroom whilst a bit tired all functions as you would expect. There is a very nice and popular Japanese restauarant as well as the traditioanal Thai restaurant on the ground floor. The... More

I usually stay in mountain bungalows when I go to Chiang Mai, but this time I had to do business in the actual city of Chiang Mai, so I chose this hotel which is in town. The free breakfast should be avoided as usual with most Thai hotels. As far as the rooms go, the bed was clean and the... More

Stayed here for 1 night end of October. It is quite an old property but it wasn't too bad for me when you consider the cheap room rate. Location is near the trendy spots of Nimmanhemin but nothing much right by the vicinity of the hotell. Our room faced the hills and it was quite pretty. I also liked that... More

This is a great hotel, equal to a Hilton in the US. That is rare in Thailand, but this hotel staff knows Western standards. The breakfast was excellent (with the exception of those nasty British banger sausages lol.) We had eggs fixed many ways, bacon, potatoes, etc. If I am ever in the area again I would request the Chiangmai... More
