The staff was very helpfull, graet attitude. The hotel looks good, traditional decoration. Location is not in the center (a small downside) but the tuk tuk is cheap, we paid 100 thb and it takes 10 min to get the market. Any way, they have a mall, seven eleven, resterunts near by, so its not so bad. Also, we were... More

First off, I had a trip with my university tour. It says that this hotel is a 4 star hotel ish. So of course, I expected that it would be better but.. I was pretty much not satisfied with the services and everything. Pros: - Some staff especially, doormen were respectful. - The bedroom view was nice. I could see... More

As a couple of mates journeying to different corners of Thailand we decided to spend a bit more, by Thai standards for a nicer place. It was definitely worth it. The reception spoke ok English with one or two staff members being fluent. It's a little outdated but was clean, the rooms were a very good size and the view... More

Stayed overnight in this big hotel in a nice location. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. We've got a good view of the front garden. Breakfast buffet is good and staff accommodating. Plus, the mall is attached to the hotel so it's easy to shop. :)

Enhance your visit to Chiang Mai with a stay at the 5-star Lotus Hotel connected to the mall. Start each day with free breakfast of a potpourri of foods from around the world--the best I've ever had. At the huge mall, enjoy shopping, food courts, and coffee shops, as well as the many interesting shops near the mall. Be sure... More

On check-in upgraded to mountain view room. the hotel looks like a 1970s UK tower block. We didn't eat there as breakfast was an additional baht 600@ per person, expensive. However, the hotel is attached to a large shopping mall with multiple food outlets for lovers of Thai foods and European foods. Good sized room, a/c, shower, bath, toiletries etc,... More

Find it hard to say anything positive about this place. Most unpleasant place I have ever stayed. Labelled as an international hotel but staff couldn't speak English and our complaints were not dealt with. The room was cleanish, found items under beds that weren't ours but surface was clean. The extra bed was a joke for the price they wanted... More

We stayed here for our first 2 nights in Thailand and the location is really good and the staff all lovely. About 10 minutes' ride from the airport. The hotel is very close to the supermarket. We had a big room with a view. MK restaraut nearby is a good choice for dinner.

Stayed at lotus on 2 separate occasions within a week and the stay was great both times. Large rooms with views which could easily fit in the rollaway we required. Very comfortable but the band downstairs could be heard at times from your room. Free airport transfer and great breakfast. Great location next to shopping centre and easy walk to... More

Spacious rooms, very reasonable rates. Location is not near night market (you would need to take a taxi or song thew there) but it's annexed to a shopping mall so you can get good shopping easily. The food court at the shopping mall had delicious cheap food!
