Athough I did not stay at this hotel as a guest, I have been a regular attendee at their pool. Huge (40 meters) lots of sun or shade and clean, well worth the 100 baht per day entrance fee. They provide towels as well and allow you to bring in your own snacks and refreshments. Unbeatable!

It is difficult to remain calm during a stay in a hotel which has taken your money under false pretences. This could not possibly be a 4 star hotel. The rooms are gpfalling apart. Our toilet seat was not attached to the toilet. The towels are threadbare and sometimes you don't get a complete replacement set when the room is... More

Well Lotus, we gave you a good chance. Stayed 2 times with 3 years in between. The 2nd stay was with optimism that you had improved. Sadly not so much. We can see how you maybe you were once a nice place to stay. Unfortunately your penny pinching ways have driven us away for good. We are the "glass is... More

Rooms are nice but there's no WIFI (even though it's advertised) and the breakfast is expensive and doesn't cater to a western palet (even though the menu claims it is). Staff are friendly enough but it doesn't warrant paying 1500baht a night. Look elsewhere.....

We stayed here for 3 nights recently. As mentioned by others the hotel is a little old . But the staff are friendly the rooms are clean and for $61 aud a night for us it was a bargain. Good location with a shopping centre below the hotel. I would give a good rating if there was 3.5 stars.

We originally checked in, hoping for a special birthday service - as I had twice emailed them to inform we would have a 6 night stay to encompass our birthday. Unfortunately we recieved nothing. We also had to change rooms twice, until we found one clean enough to settle in. I'm by no means a neat freak, but I do... More

100Baht paid for the pool privileges...which gets you towel hire and a dumbed if you're lucky. The pool is massive but for me was a bit too cold to get in and enjoy! Imagine in warmer weather it is absolutely gorgeous. Wasn't allowed the wifi password as I wasn't staying in the hotel, never mind the fact i was still... More

We booked our trip to Chiang Mai last minute so there wasn't much availability with hotels. This was the only hotel that could accommodate us for 3 consecutive nights. Family of 4 with 2 kids under 8. Now in hindsight I should have realised why they had availability but you live and learn. The rooms are very dated (80's style... More

This is a huge hotel worth exploring. The woodwork on the lobby and rooms is impressive. The amenities and room features are a bit outdated, but the room was clean and very large, although the bathroom could use some work. The outdoor swimming pool is also very large. There is a very large shopping mall connected to the hotel, if... More

This hotel is used to be popular hotel in Chiang Mai in the past but now it is getting a bit out of trend which is reason why it is cheaper with the price we paid I think it is very value for money.. It is good location, near old city, not far from many attraction like Suthep temple, Chiang... More
