I am staying in the Hotel for 2 nights. The room is big and comfortable, with a huge window to the city's river. It is not very close to the night market but I like it that way. hate the hustle of the crowds. If you need to go to the market, You can use the public transportation and ride... More

The hotel was very lovely in appearance on entering. The staff was very friendly and helpful, for example to get a taxi. Breakfast was not included, but very good and also the dinner. We have booked the room one day before and we have got a very good price from 42 Euro one night. The night market is nearby.

The hotel was lovely in appearance on entering. The staff friendly and helpful. The main area that let the hotel down was the bathrooms and the dirty windows. The food in the dining room was varied and plentiful. The staff in the dining room went out of their way to make the experience delightful. we return to Chiang Mai, When... More

The hotel is okay, though overpriced for what it is. The decor is outdated, and it's not close to the city center. The windows are so dirty that you can barely see out. So, don't pay more for a room that claims to have a nice view - you won't be able to see it. Also, we were overcharged for... More

Even though Holiday Inn is not in good location near the downtown and is not new hotel as well, it is still recommended. The rooms are spacious and cleanliness and free wifi in rooms and public areas with fast speed. It provides free shuttle service from/to airport, night bazaar, Saturday/Sunday market etc. The concierge's staff are helpful. The quality of... More

An excellent Holiday Inn location to stay in when visiting Chiang Mai. It's an older building, but very clean and well managed. Small gym, sauna, steam room, and pool. Various buffet & meal options, excellent chef. Best yet, the internet works seamlessly in every room. They even provide daily shuttle service to the 'Night Bazaar' + a pickup service no-charge....
