Staff at the hotel were very courteous and helpful. Stayed in the deluxe suite here which cost round 2000baht per night. The standard room was about 1200 i think which really is better value in retrospect. They are the same size and the deluxe merely has nicer furnishings, complimentary daily paper and fruit selection, and are located on the top... more

We got back from 3 nights at this so-so hotel. If not the bargain price, I wouldn't take it. As mentioned, the prices are extremely high for all hotel extras - the coffee place across the street Doi Tong is fine and for a fraction of the price of towns' most expensive breakfast. more

I got a room at the Amari for just $37. A/C, TV, a balcony overlooking their two pools, it was a great deal. It's a bit outside the old town, but a $2 tuk-tuk ride will get you there. The pool was excellent. The hotel can arrrange taxis, songthaews, laundry and internet access, BUT they charge ridiculous rates for everything.... more

Our second visit, so it was not to bad the last time. A better refurbished room this time. The staff are friendly, the breakfast buffet is OK. The pool is a decent size and gets all day sun unlike some central hotels - sadly the pool bar prices are not quite low enough for steady drinking. It is just under... more

The hotel is in need of a facelift, but there was brand new carpet all over. The staff were great, but the drawbacks were an outdated bathroom that needed work all over. Probably not as clean as you might want or expect, but the price is very reasonable for what you get compared to 4 and 5 star places in... more

This is a wonderful hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms, great food, great swimmingpool and other amenities (travel agents, shop, gardens) and fantastic service. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The hotel is located about 30 mins. walk from town centre, but there are some shops nearby and it is always easy to get a taxi, songthaw to town. I can... more

This was now our 24th stay at the Amari Rincome and we stayed for 26 days. Boy were we sorry to leave for home. The stay was fantastic, the management ,the staff and the General Manager Mr. Wim Fagel did everything possible to make our stay a memorable one. As I have mentioned before the hotel is not in the... more

We are just back from our second home, the amari rincome hotel in Changmai / Thailand. As many years we've had a great time during seven weeks we were guests in this beautiful hotel. The amari rincome hotel situated on the nimmanhaeminda road. On walking distance to a very pleasant shopping centre. Where you can also find nice restaurants, coffee... more

Rooms were large with balcony - although we did find the bathroom needed updating. The hotel itself was very cozy and homely - there is a large foyer with settees and chairs, and a piano bar area. The breakfast was lovely - and you can eat it outside on a balcony overlooking the beautiful pool. The swimming pool is really... more
