We were so hot at our guesthouse we left and came to b2 - the air con really needed. We had experienced b2 in Chiang Rai and as a chain hotel you know what you're getting. Clean, comfortable and air con for a very reasonable price. A no brainer when you don't know the area. This one was a good... More

Enjoyed our stay - rooms were clean, bed was comfy, property itself was very basic, and a building site was our view. This was not noisy, though, and did not detract from our stay. The room was very poorly lit, however, and appeared too dark for my liking. Would stay again based on value, though!

more than just a guest house. very modern see-concrete structure and large rooms and bathrooms. feels like a hotel for the incredibly lower price for a guest house. not directly in the city center, a bit south of the center but 15min walk will get you almost anywhere to start your sightseeing. close to airport road, nevertheless not easy to... The hotel was recommended from another hotel I’ve stayed in and I was told that the staff would understand and speak English as well as in the previous hotel. Which I’ve to contradict with as it’s not the same and it was quite challenging to deal with the staff members regarding their poor English knowledge. Next morning was I almost... More

B2 Thippanate has its advantage in being on a good location especially for Saturday night walking street (wua lai rd.) and only 10-15 minutes from the airport. Thought the hotel may be a bit hard to find since it's situated a bit off the main road and might drive pass the entrance without noticing. The parking spaces are limited to... More

Clean, very contemporary furnishigs, soft bed and blankets, and wonderfully inexpensive! I would stay here every time if possible. It is a fifteen minute walk to the city center, but if you enjoy walking then this is probably the best valued hotel i've stayed in from vietnam, cambodia, and thailand. The modern amenities really make it feel like a three... More

Good location for this hotel, away from main road so it was quiet during sleeping. Air-con was so cool. Bathroom was so dirty, a lot of dust and soap stain on the bathroom's wall. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Weekend market, especially on Saturday. It is nearby this hotel. The market called "Thanon Wuar Lai Weekend Market". You should go.

I was a bit concerned after reading some of the reviews on tripadvisor, but they turned out to completely unfounded. To address some of the issues others have stated, the hotel is not down an alleyway, its off the main street, but only by about 20 meters and its not an alleyway, its a well lit driveway. There are 7/11... More

on arrival the taxi's didn't even know where this was, which was not a promising start. We got a taxi which dropped us off about 800metres down a different road from it. to help other travellers it is off THIPPIANATE ROAD, hidden down a back street. The photo's are deceptive of this location as it is well hidden from public... More

It is clear that this hotel is new. It is on a basic concept and things are clean and new. There is not much near the hotel besides 2 local food stalls. Good to stay hear if you are going to Saturday Walking street. For everything else needs a bit of walking.
