The rooms are clean but nothing fancy and breakfast was really ordinary. The Wi-Fi was terrible unless you sat halfway down the main staircase, and to add insult to injury you have to pay for it. The staff were nonchalant and check in was a pain as they demanded passports and departure cards unlike other hotels The hotel's saving grace... More

We stayed at People Place 2 a couple of times during our SE Asia trip, the first time in a standard room, the second time in a deluxe room. The rooms were good, especially the second one ( no surprises!). However the staff on reception were quite surly and the breakfast was very ordinary. Overall worth staying if you are... More

Good hotel for it's price. Clean room. Good Location , close to night Market and Anusarn. Only minus is that the safe deposit boxes are at the reception and needs your own padlock. They are not real safe deposit boxes but more like lockers. Friendly staff

Although very clean and quite comfortable, this hotel is getting a bit old and tired and is definitely overdue for a re-vamp. Located just behind the Anusan night market is also a huge plus. This smallish market has a good selection of restaurants as well as many little food stalls, that sell tasty Thai food at unbelievably cheap prices. Also,... More

Average hotel- nothing bad about it really, but nothing special either. Comfortable, good AC, let us check in early which was nice. Wi-Fi is extra ($2). Location is a but far from city center but near night market.

This is an average hotel. On the positive side we turned up late in the day and managed to get a room last minute. The downside of the room was the smell of stale cigarettes and the poor A/C. The upside of the room was it was clean and tidy and the hotel is located very close to the Chiang... More

This hotel is simple and does not offer any good deals with breakfast or wifi, but it was comfortable and a good base for visiting Chiang Mia's various attractions. Close to seven-elevens, massage places, restaurants and laundry services. No pool. Had to pay extra for breakfast. Comfortable beds and easy to find. Were unable to put through an international call.

Overall we found this place to be just ok. The room was very awkward in that we had to move the beds to get near the air conditioning...a requirement after a day spent in about 40C heat. The shower was very average as it would not stay warm for more than 2 minutes..if it hadnt been so hot outside this... More

The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Had to pay extra for wifi and breakfast and everything has to be paid up front. The breakfast was really not great. No hot options other than rice and poor fruit. Location is ok for night bazaar but not much else! There is a great massage place (orchid) next to 7 eleven around... More

We have travelled all over south east asia and have never felt compelled to write a review until now. Staff were completely disinterested and at times very rude and unhelpful. The building and rooms themselves are fine but they don't represent good value for money with other hotels charging nearly half the amount with free wifi and breakfast. Their other... More
