Location near to airport, approximately 5 mins will reach airport. The hotel is cozy, quiet, romance, comfortable, clean. Hotel did provide free shuttle to town, however, I feel that if you are going for anusarn market, waroros market etc. It's not the wise choice. I still prefer those hotel with walking distance. There is a 7-11 convenient store just with... More

I took my husband for 4 days in 2012. Great hotel. Great location. There is a 7-11 like 100feet from the hotel. Buffet breakfast was so yum. It was American style, eggs, bacon, toast, Danish, juice...etc

Pros- Spacious rooms, clean, friendly staff, buffet breakfast. Cons- Out of town; over-priced (absolutely not four stars); "gym" was three cardio machines (one stuck on high incline setting) with no privacy (right off main lobby) and no AC, water leaking from ceiling in one spot, floor paint flaking off everywhere, AC broke down and they had to switch our rooms.

Forget the Rest...THIS IS THE BEST! The attention to detail, the warmth of the staff, the genuine care and concern of the staff; ALL make this the best hotel in Chiang Mai. The beds are SO comfy, the room was quiet, all tours were organised perfectly. Words cannot express my admiration and gratitude to Mr. Guy from Concierge, who ensured... More

This hotel was one of less value for money i had ever have. For starters the toilet flush did not work and it took an hour for staff to fix it and left horroble smell.. But the cherry on top of the icecream was when there was no water at the evening, so we stuck full of soap after jacuzzi... More

By far one of my favourite hotels! This hotel is gorgeous, beautiful design and lovely decorative touches. we stayed here for 2 nights, due to unforeseen circumstances we had to move rooms on the first night and because the hotel was full we were given the owners room to stay in until we could return to our room. the room... Good hotel near Night Bazaar with an amazing touch and relaxing atmosphere. Rooms with Jacuzzi and view over the city. Close to 7 gives you also chance to buy the things you need for the stay. Staff friendly and helpful and fix up if they had a little mistake. Makes your stay most valuable. Kap khun

Nice hotel done up in the Lanna style. Rooms are large, though a little dark(lots of dark wood). Jacuzzi is a nice touch and much appreciated after hard days walking, rafting or biking. The reception staff and concierge were all very helpful with booking and reserving activities and restaurants for us. Only problem, which isn't to do with the hotel,... More

I really loved the character of this hotel... the fabrics, tiles, paintings, sculptures etc. It was beautiful and interesting, very visually stimulating. However some of it seemed to be put together a little shoddily, mainly due to using a lot of recycled materials (which I liked, but some travellers won't). The teas in the room were lovely and unusual. Fruit... More

A small boutique hotel, all staffs are nice and helpful. Room is spacious, just the interior furniture and decoration are quite old. Breakfast is good enough, swimming pool is small, a convenience store just a few mins on foot, around 15mins by car to everywhere in town. If you are looking for a quiet place, I would recommend Singha Montra.... More
