The Victoria Nimman hotel was a surprise to us but after reading some other tripadvisor reviews, we figured out what was going on. We arrived and stayed in the back building. The beds were hard, the bathroom has not been redone and it sort of smelled like pipes. At one point, the AC unit started spitting ice at ice but... More

Hotel is on the opposite side of old town from river, but close to lovely streets and great restaurants. Easy to get to town walking or by tuk tuk. Breakfast excellent. Rooms very big and comfortable, bathrooms fine. Staff are friendly and helpful. Spa across the courtyard is fabulous. Friendly and skilled staff - tried foot, aromatic and Thai massages,... More

Nice hotel but far from the Old City. The staff is very friendly. I recommend the massage place within the same mall as the hotel. Amazing!!!! I was there for New Years night. The Hotel has a bar attached to it 5cBar. which is a strange arrangement as the bar is only outside. The staff at the bar are friendly.... More

Noting the restaurant only, I did not stay at this hotel, and don't know about the rooms. The breakfast buffet is the worst! All the food is cold ( eggs, french toast, potato's, bacon ) , I stood and waited for another tray of eggs to come out, thinking they would be warm, but they brought out a full tray... More

I didnt stay for breakfast so I cannot make the comment in that part. The location is not too bad like it is opposite to... More

Hotel location and facilities in room are quite good if you compare to your money spent. Price is also included Breakfast buffet. However they might need to pay more attention in room cleanliness especially " ANTS " in guest room. I saw ANTs in Bathroom and on my bed.

Pros: pretty entrance way, decent food, rooms in building 1 are aesthetically pleasing, staff are reasonably willing to negotiate prices when compensation is due. Cons: ants in the beds, had to switch rooms 3 times to get a room without ants in beds or cockroaches in bathroom at 1:00am, staff attempted to have me and my friends sleep in a... More

Victoria Nimman is located on Nimman Soi 17, center of Chiang Mai. There are two type of room styles costs 650 THB and 1100 THB (depends on low/high season). Elevators are available. Room design are common for 3 stars hotel. The big different between both type is toilet. Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo. Nearby you can find Sukkasem pub... More
