Hotel facilities are excellent and comfortable. The hotel is excellent for its price. You can go to the center of town by tuk tuk for 20 baht per person and is quite easy tranportarse or walking 15 minutes. The hotel staff speaks little English. The rooms are very clean and every day change sheets and towells.

Good location near Nimman street and 7 minute walk to the old city. The room was spacious and clean with large windows overlooking scenic mountains and the famous Doi Suthep temple. Our queen size bed was very comfortable and the TV offered a few English stations, as well as a DVD player. The only downside was the odor in the... More

A great budget hotel, that really has more features than most non budget hotels. Had a lift, great bed, nice hot shower all for a walk in rate of 600B a night. tucked away from the traffic and close to the airport, the only strange bit was their odd love of synthetic grass!

When I first saw this listing I had my doubts, anything with 'budget' in it's name typically makes me wary. But overall I was pleased. PROS: The room was very clean overall. The design is very neat (exactly as shown in the photos). It is also located quite close to the Maya Mall and the moat (this makes it inexpensive... More

Air-con and wireless works great. TV and mini bar are available, but the lighting in the room is quite dark for reading. Located was good, but it... More

First thing first, I'd like to thank the hotel for making their reception open 24 hours. I arrived at the hotel on November 4, 2014, at 01.20 A.M., after hopelessly wandering around and stopped at 6 different hotels earlier only to find the hotel's night security guards telling their reception close at 10 PM. I love B2 (Business and Budget)... More

This hotel is located in the best location on Huay Kaew Rd. nearby Central Kad Suan Kaew shopping mall, the way to Doi Suthep temple. I was warm welcomed from the staff at a front desk and check-in process was very fast. The room was clean and modern with a large window in a reasonable price. Bathroom was quite large... More

I have had two experiences with this snooty hotel staff: once 3 months ago when I inquired about longterm stays and was given contradictory information by different staff members, and a second time tonight when I went to inquire about hotel facilities for a friend who is coming to Chiang Mai. The night staff has no customer service training and... More

Tip: Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai don't have much to see and they can be pricey for what you get. A couple of hours is more than enough. Tip2: private cab from the airport to this hotel is 120 Baht. Cons: staff doesn't speak English and they are always laughing at (foreign) guests. The staff is not used to foreigns.... More
