Friendly but overpriced and tiny room, could hardly fit our bag. Stayed one night and moved..this is not a boutique hotel it is a basic room, we were up 3 flights of very steep stairs, really difficult to carry bags up. It's in a small Soi with not much around you need to drive to go anywhere.

This adorable family owned hotel was my sanctuary in Chiang Mai when I visited the magnificent city. The staff were always very kind, greeting me with smiles and politeness and cooking delicious breakfast for me in the freezing january winter cold mornings. They were very helpful with laundry and carrying my very heavy luggage (from 3 months of travelling) up... More

We enjoyed our nine day stay here. Like most places in Chiang Mai, the longer you stay the more they will negotiate on prices. The basic room was comfortable but a little small to really hang out in. We upgraded to a bigger room after a few days and that was much better. The staff is super friendly and accommodating,... More

The photos look better then when u are there but we didn't mind because it was still fine. The room have enough space with AC, is clean and a the shower was warm.. The hotel can be difficult to find because it's just off the busy road on a strange location. We didn't walk to the old town because of... More

I booked this Hotel on Agoda in November 2014, the photos looked great & I thought I would be staying at a Hotel with charm!! On arrival you discover there is no lift (that's fine) but the outside stairs were not wide & difficult to negotiate (with no help from watching staff). As the timbers were rotten someone had put... The only minus would be the location from the city centre. But everything else was really good. Breakfast, gym, pool, service and everything. No bad words. They cleaned our room everyday. Couldn't expect more from this price.

The staffs are helpful and agreeable. But we had chosen this hotel for the pool, which is big, taking much of the inner garden space. Too bad it's greenish with weird stuff floating on top. I felt bad letting my kid swim in it. And there are the bedbugs. They ate my feet so much it had swell and I... More

+ The room was amazing. Spacious, clean and comfy. I appreciated the breakfast side the pool in a quiet environment. The staff was pro and enjoyable. - a bit difficult for the taxi to find, better prepare a map to show. The singing rooster at 6am every morning is very loud. The gym need to be updated, and get a... If you want to explore the city, have a good night sleep and enjoy the pool without paying fees do not come here. We have booked for a week but considering moving after two nights. Haven't slept since we got there as there are children crying, running and you can hear everything through the whole resort. In addition, a rooster... More
