I booked and payed a room two days in advance, because i was going to a trekking trip, and needed a room nearby when I returned. I payed for the room upfront, 350 baht, and also a deposit of 500 baht. When I came there 2 days later, they had no room for me! They had a relative in the... More

Found it by walking, 450 baht/night for a room for 2 people with AC. Simple and clean. Very quiet place in a nice zone of CM. No complainings at all! Maybe the 500baht deposit for the key was a little too much but anyway... Nice stay compared to other experiences we had.

I spent 10 days at Nuanpranee House and I really enjoyed my stay. The place was very clean and the room was bright and quiet. The staff was nice and helpful, and the girl at the reception desk was always welcoming me with a big smile. I stayed here during the low season and apart from my sister and her... More

This little guesthouse is conveniently just off from Moon Muang Lane 1. The staff are always friendly an polite and the rooms are kept clean and fresh. For such a small price you will not find this level of accommodation anywhere else in Chiang Mai.

In the SW corner of Old Town. A little off the busy street so pretty quiet. We took a room on the ground floor down a hallway so we thought it would be too dark. It had a window and door leading to a miniscule patio but provided the light we wanted. We had a/c, our own bathroom with hot... More

We arrived here on Songkran day and booked 2 rooms for 2 days after checking other guest houses. The Guest house is in downtown and is 5 min walk from Night Market and has a nice guest common area. The owner (lady) was friendly. We checked the rooms before booking and even though the beds were hard we booked as... More
