This little guesthouse is conveniently just off from Moon Muang Lane 1. The staff are always friendly an polite and the rooms are kept clean and fresh. For such a small price you will not find this level of accommodation anywhere else in Chiang Mai.

In the SW corner of Old Town. A little off the busy street so pretty quiet. We took a room on the ground floor down a hallway so we thought it would be too dark. It had a window and door leading to a miniscule patio but provided the light we wanted. We had a/c, our own bathroom with hot... More

We arrived here on Songkran day and booked 2 rooms for 2 days after checking other guest houses. The Guest house is in downtown and is 5 min walk from Night Market and has a nice guest common area. The owner (lady) was friendly. We checked the rooms before booking and even though the beds were hard we booked as... More

We stayed in Nuanpranee for some time. Price was the main reason - we paid 300 baht for the double room with a fridge. The room was very small, but comparatively clean. Although price and a fridge are the only pros of guesthouse. Internet was incredibly slow, at evenings especially. Drunk people from the bar next door didn't give us... More

We stayed a this Guesthouse last year and had looked forward to our stay in familiar surroundings. Unfortunately the front desk staff has changed, they have no people skills. The rooms are not well ventilated and have musty smells, maybe from not being used? Th towels also had a peculiar smell. And, their prices have gone up. We stayed one night... More
