We stayed here when we were unable to extend our stay up the road in another hotel which was double in price. We fell in love with this older small Inn as soon as we walked onto the premises Its small but has lots of character and atmosphere. A small mote with fish is in front of each room and... More

Very nice, quiet and beautiful hotel. Our hosts, a cat loving familly was very helpful and nice to us. We had a quite big and very comfortable room. You can spend some time outside and enjoy the serenity of the garden. Excellent location

The layout of the property looks attractive with ponds filled with Koi fish everywhere, but these lead to mosquitos which also get inside the rooms due to the open air nature of the bathrooms. Otherwise the bathrooms, the layout, the staff and location are all great. The bedroom is very functional and compact but overall good value for money at... More

The room was clean and comfortable with cleaning and fresh bottles of water provided everyday. Great location, all the key landmarks and the old town are easy walk distance. Charming atmosphere with plants, cats and fishes which makes it a relaxing place far from the busy roads... expect in the morning as it is next to a school where pupils... More

My husband and I really enjoyed this place. The people on staff were really sweet and helpful. Our luggage got lost, and they were super helpful arranging it getting to us and receiving reimbursement for a few clothing pieces we needed to buy. And that is just an example-They helped us with many more things while we were in Chang... More

Amazing place with plenty of cats. They are all adorables and make the overall experience a real wonder. The hotel is quite well situated and the rooms are nice and clean. The price is reasonable considering the location and the quality of the accommodation.

Great location in the city centre, old fashion and modern at the same time and also very clean!! Strongly recommend this hotel for your vacations in Chiangmai! The owner and his wife will treat you as their own family and supply you with everything you may need!

This place is lovely! We arrived on a Sunday to stay one night before trekking. We were greeted by the owners who showed us to our room over a walkway with fish swimming beneath. Our room was lovely with a covered but outside shower, tv, fridge, tea and coffee and wifi. Our tour operator for our trek had been rubbish... More

First thing that springs to mind when describing this place is how lovely the lady who runs this place is. Full of smiles and so helpful. We were offered free use of the bicycles. Our laundry was done really fast at a decent price. Rooms are kept very clean and suited or needs perfectly. Location in the centre of the... More

Overall, this hotel was not bad at all and it was worth the little money that it cost. However, there was no English speaking staff, nor was there any breakfast. The latter is not that bad given the fact that there are quite a few places in the nearby to have breakfast but for example if you are supposed to... More
