It's a cozy and quiet hotel, location is good too in old city. Breakfast is quite simple and starts from 8am only, which a little bit late for those who needs to leave early. Room is big but air con is a little bit noisy and they fixed it one day before we left. And hotel doesn't allow wash clothes... More

Wonderful and hard working people at Gord. All in all a great place. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable Mind the construction side in the back, there is certainly better timing than high season to built an extension. One thing I have realized is that there are more and more middle class Chinese tourists. If you don't... More

For the price we thought this was very good value. The rooms were very clean and modern. The breakfast (albiet served by women who didnt speak English) was basic and good. We complained that the coffee was instant coffee (yuk) and immediately the girl came from downstairs and asked if we could wait 10 minutes she would arrange for a... More

we were impressed with Gord from the second that we arrived. The girl on reception was incredibly sweet and helpful, telling us where we could go to get some food and pointing out attractions on a map. Our room was really lovely and out little balcony an absolute sun trap. There is also another balcony on the top floor, throught... More

We spent 2 days in this nice place. The staff is very nice and has given us a lot of help. The only problem is the shower in the deluxe room, which has not enough water pressure. Overall, it is a nice choice to stay in Chiangmai for its quiet location and very tidy room.

My wife and I stayed at the Gord ChiangMai for five nights in January 2013. It was a wise choice. The hotel is located in the southwest part of the old city. We booked a room on the top floor, facing the back of the hotel. The best aspects of our stay was the quieter location away from the noise,... More

We stayed for one week at Gord Chiangmai in a superior double room type and chose it based on reviews on tripadvisor and the supposedly quite location in a back road. Our room was quite big but did not feature a room safe you have to leave all your valuables with the reception. The matress was hard as a brick.... More

What a lovely place. Great location within in the old town of Chiang Mai, down a very quiet street and within walking distance of various wat (temples). We had a king sized bed and private balcony. The staff were very helpful and hugely polite, pointing us in the direction of taxis and booking trips/courses we had independently found online (there... More

We used Agoda to book this fabulous room in Chang Mai and we loved everything. THe location is great, quiet alley in the bustle of the Old Quarter. Walking to the little night food market around the corner near the moat. Close to Chedi Luang and other important Wats. They have excellent working bikes they give you for free every... More
