Before we left for Thailand me and my boyfriend spent hours trying to find the best place to stay in Chiang Mai. We came across the Twenty Lodge and after reading good reviews we booked in. The room was fantastic. A really comfortable king bed and complimentary water, tea and coffee which was replaced every day along with toiletries. There... More

The hotel is located within the old town. Nice room with everything you need. The staff is very helpful, nothing is too much for them. They make you feel a valuated guest. The service is impeccable and personal. On our next visit to Chiang Mai we will definitively stay here again. Highly recommended. We like the sliding doors: no slamming... More

I stayed at this hotel with family in December 2014. It was very nice. We liked the rooms and found the staff to be very helpful. They often asked where we wanted to go and gave helpful advice. They helped arrange a tour for us one day without being forceful or anything like that. They have a nice plated breakfast... More

Stated at the Twenty Lodge in April '15 with family, and we had a very enjoyable stay. Lovely small family run hotel, very friendly staff who do their best to help you. Rooms were very nice, looked recently updated with new furniture and TV. Free wireless internet was very good! Breakfast wasn't amazing, but a small selection of cereals, yoghurts... More

My wife reserved two rooms several weeks ahead of time, including a room with two twin beds for our sons. When we arrived we were told they didn't have one available with twin beds because they had only two and they were both reserved, and tried to put our two boys in one with a single large bed. The man... More

Positioned in a quiet part of old town - proved to be a good retreat from the action when we stayed here during Songkran. Staff friendly and attentive, room spacious and pleasant. Not much in the near vicinity, but bird's next cafe about 20 yards away serves amazing healthy food - the all you can eat buffet is recommended. Breakfast... More

We stayed at the twenty lodge back in 2012 and have been meaning to leave a review ever since. We arrived in the middle of Loi Krathong and were treated to lanterns and candles to join in the celebrations. The in room mini bar was cheap and topped up regularly (perfect when we were celebrating our engagement!) and the staff... More

We stayed here over New Year and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Chiang Mai. The location is in the old city, a 5 min tuk-tuk from the main markets / restaurant areas etc. We enjoyed getting away from some of the hustle and agree with the "oasis" view that many give. The rooms are simple but comfortable: good sized bed,... More

4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 23, 2014

The rooms were clean and spacious but perhaps a little basic. The breakfast was great and the staff were on the most part friendly. The security guard was particularly friendly, greeting us every time he saw us. The pool is a little smaller than the pictures would have you believe. I didn't see anyone using it through our 5 day... More

Arrived in heaven last night. Great place to stay and we were upgraded into a faboulous suite. Bed is so comfortable just sank in and snuggled down to sleep. Lovely atmosphere, nicely hidden away, lots of plants to add to great feel. Breakfast lovely this morning. Manager cannot do enough for you so thank you Mr Piyorot Kuikhum. THE place... More
