The rooms were clean and spacious but perhaps a little basic. The breakfast was great and the staff were on the most part friendly. The security guard was particularly friendly, greeting us every time he saw us. The pool is a little smaller than the pictures would have you believe. I didn't see anyone using it through our 5 day... More

Arrived in heaven last night. Great place to stay and we were upgraded into a faboulous suite. Bed is so comfortable just sank in and snuggled down to sleep. Lovely atmosphere, nicely hidden away, lots of plants to add to great feel. Breakfast lovely this morning. Manager cannot do enough for you so thank you Mr Piyorot Kuikhum. THE place... More

Loved the look of this hotel, it was exactly like the photos on their website. We were in room T01 which was on level one and at the front of the hotel. The only complaint that I have is that there was a little bit of noise from the street and also when things were being set up for breakfast... More

Quiet, peaceful and tranquil inn. Difficult to find words to give adequate justice to the wonderful ambiance. Possibly best stated as an Oasis. The rooms are spacious and modern with every convenience. The grounds are a tropical paradise. The staff are exceptionally polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was scrumptious and beautifully presented. Lounging by the pool after a long day... More

After much deliberation I chose this hotel because of its glowing reviews. I will say the hotel does appear to be clean we did find roaches in our room! Shocked as we were I went to the owners to talk about switching rooms because really what can you do after you've booked for two weeks. The man we spoke to... More

Beautiful 20 room hotel with a Swimming Pool, within Chiang Mai Old Square City. The de luxe rooms cover 24 sq metres, spacious and perfectly adequate. Very well furnished and clean. Refrigerator in room invaluable, free air conditioning invaluable, huge 'double double' bed, and safe box provided free of charge. Even slippers and shower robe are provided. The inclusive cooked... Stayed for 5 nights and had a lovely stay. Hotel and its gardens are lovely and well kept. Breakfast is served around the pool and in the gardens which is lovely. Or in an air con room if its too hot outside for you! Staff are great and the boss man was always on hand to tell us where to... More

Cannot praise this little hotel highly enough. A little off the beaten track but no more than a 5-10 minute walk from the city centre. Beautifully and tastefully decorated in a contemporary style - interesting use of colour. Weather was very hot when we were there so the polished concrete floors, air conditioning and spaciousness (huge bed) were a welcome... More

We have just returned from a very enjoyable trip to Chiangmai Mai. We finished off at the Twenty Lodge which is situated in the old town. It is an oasis of greenery and flowers on a pretty non descript road. The staff were very friendly, thank you to Nong especially - we loved your choice of music at breakfast. I... More

I would highly recommend Twenty Lodge. We had a twin room downstairs, staying three nights in February. The room was spacious clean and well equipped, with a good shower which always had hot water. The pool is small but very pretty, surrounded by greenery and flowers. You can eat breakfast by the pool and there is plenty of choice from... More
