I checked in this afternoon and got room 101 and 102 right next to the street. The room itself is so small but the worst part is the cleanliness. Towels are so disgusting. It's off white but they black when got wet. I traveled with young kids and a mother. Pool is a big deal for my kids. That's why... More

The rooms although are a little small are very nice, clean and have all facilities needed including complementary water and a huge flat screen tv. The bathroom is great with a lovely huge shower and there is a safety deposit box in the room. The air con worked great if you needed a strong blast to co down or to... More

Today is my last day in Chiang Mai 24/06/14. We are stay in ChiangMai Boutique House for 4 nights. Everyday same breakfast except fruit and juice. Swimming pool is dirty. Room is clean. We stay in deluxe room, the size of room not our expected, size feel like superior room. Staff are okay, not really friendly. We are wait for... More

This hotel was fantastic. The rooms were really nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was very good with fresh fruit juices every morning. The pool with hot-tub style jets was a nice touch amenity on hot afternoons.

Great little hotel close to the Sunday night market and a stones throw away from everything else. Got upgraded to a deluxe room on arrival which was nice, extended my stay for an extra night and downgraded to a superior room but there was no difference really apart from there wasn't free water in the fridge. Clean rooms and good... More

Much can be said about hospitality in Thailand and Chiang Mai Boutique House lived up to it. Being my first trip abroad solo, I wanted to pick a nicer hotel for my stay. I chose this hotel based off of the reviews, and I wasn't disappointed. Located just within the Old City, there was so much to do within walking... More

We decided to end our time in Thailand by staying in a boutique hotel, and booked this on-line. Whilst he room had all the basics, it was pokey, the only window had coloured glass in it and faced onto a corridor. The staff were indifferent - "If you don't like the room, you go somewhere else" - so we did.

We were a big family group and we spent 3 nights in this hotel. We booked 4 deluxe rooms (on the third floor) and we even had an upgrade to a junior suite as we had asked for an extra bed. The deluxe rooms are big enough with nice king size beds and a nice bathroom with big shower. It... More

Loved staying here. Great location in the city centre. Rooms are kept clean, look nice, all the basic facilities, self-service minibar fridge, helpful and polite staff. Well priced for what you get. There's even a small outdoor swimming pool. Breakfast was pleasant, but be warned it is exactly the same every day. I would definitely come back :)

Easily the noisiest place I have ever stayed in. First of all our room sounded like it was directly above the pool pump room, a constant on/off whirring from the pump the whole time we stayed, extremely loud at night when you are trying to sleep. The fact these people think they can sell you a room this noisy startles... More
