This place was supposed to be a nice romantic break. Nothing could have been further from the truth! From the street it looks nice. In fact., from the doorway to our room (a Junior Suite...) the room looked nice too. That's all I can say in a positive light. The reception staff were so disinterested as to be rude. As... More

As per other reviews it's pretty noisy - a combination of loud doors slamming due to their design, sound of inconsiderate neighbours and cockerels just across the street which woke us up at 5am, we recommend you take earplugs! We stayed for three nights on the third floors. The room itself was lovely, spotlessly clean and very stylish and we... More

This hotel looks cute from the outside with a colorful bungalow feel. The pool is pretty and clean and the open-air breakfast area is nice. The room was dark and really small, but as this is a budget hotel I could deal with that. The bathroom was fine but had an unpleasant sulfur-y smell throughout our stay. The noise level... More

The rooms are very comfortable, never had an issue with Hot water in my room, nice size for single use. The staff are friendly and the room was always cleaned nicely. The only problem was the noise at 7am every morning with people screaming and shouting before heading off on tours etc. They cater for Chinese Holiday makers who in... More

We stayed in a first floor (2nd if you're American) just above the reception desk. The room was fine and had a TV with a couple of English language stations and a very small safe (not laptop sized). No kettle to make tea/coffee. I liked the industrial style of the bathroom but couldn't get the hot water to work in... More

We have stayed at this hotel before but only for one night which was OK. This time we stayed for several nights and were very disappointed. The biggest issue was the maintenance. Water pressure was low with a pump issue and this meant no hot water a lot of the time. We were moved into a better room but this... More

The best thing about the hotel is the location! We left early because the staff was soo unfriendly, second the pool was under construction and furthermore the hotel was just not worth the money! I would not stay there again, as there are several better options just around the corner for half the money!

Friendly welcome from reception, nice rooms opening out onto pool courtyard. Just a short walk to the night markets at the city wall for a nice dinner or snack. Good location in the walled old city, I was able to walk to most location for a few days of relaxing and seeing the highlights of the city. take a tuk... More

Great hotel and ideal location. We were three backpackers at the start of our trip who would just make the most of anything. The receptionist was helpful in booking a day with elephants in a place where they are taken good care of! The location was really ideal for exploring Chiang Mai and for restaurants, massages, etc. Neat part of... More
