We decided to end our time in Thailand by staying in a boutique hotel, and booked this on-line. Whilst he room had all the basics, it was pokey, the only window had coloured glass in it and faced onto a corridor. The staff were indifferent - "If you don't like the room, you go somewhere else" - so we did.

We were a big family group and we spent 3 nights in this hotel. We booked 4 deluxe rooms (on the third floor) and we even had an upgrade to a junior suite as we had asked for an extra bed. The deluxe rooms are big enough with nice king size beds and a nice bathroom with big shower. It... More

Loved staying here. Great location in the city centre. Rooms are kept clean, look nice, all the basic facilities, self-service minibar fridge, helpful and polite staff. Well priced for what you get. There's even a small outdoor swimming pool. Breakfast was pleasant, but be warned it is exactly the same every day. I would definitely come back :)

Easily the noisiest place I have ever stayed in. First of all our room sounded like it was directly above the pool pump room, a constant on/off whirring from the pump the whole time we stayed, extremely loud at night when you are trying to sleep. The fact these people think they can sell you a room this noisy startles... More

My friends and I stayed here for a week in early January 2014. First off I must say that, for a first time visitor to Chiang Mai, the location was absolutely superb! It's just inside the Old City and there are lots of places to eat, drink, etc within really easy walking distance. Our favourite was the night food market... More

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for three nights in a double room. The hotel is situated in a good location of old down - walking distance to temples, massage centers, restaurants and night bazaar. The room was clean, though hot shower didn't run all the time. Breakfast was basic - toasts with eggs and coffee (or tea).... More

I went there last week for 5days. I didn't expect the weather in Chaing Mai was so cold in the winter. Only 12C at night. The shower was slow and water is not warm. I felt freeze after shower. And I didn't expected I will getting cold in Thailand. The second problem is the room is quite small and dark. I... More

Beautiful and clean. Breakfast included! My room had some plumbing issues, but otherwise fine. Good location. My flight wasn't until the evening, and they allowed me to leave my luggage by the office.

My husband and I stayed in the Chiangmai boutique House for 2 separate nights, one in a normal double room and one in the Junior Suite. The double room was clean but basic which was what we expected as we only wanted somewhere cheap for a quick stopover before a 4-day trekking trip. The hotel also offered laundry service which... We stayed here for 5 nights in November, with 2 kids, ages 4 and 6. We all liked this place. The kids loved the pool. The room was good, the bathroom was really nice, and the shower is huge. The self serve laundry was great too. Breakfast, even though the same every day was nice to have. If you walk... More
