This hotel was nice but it was so noisy, you could hear everything that was going on everywhere. The room itself was comfortable and clean, the bed was big but hard and bathroom was clean and comfortable. They had a nice breakfast in the morning and it was conveniently located. The service wasn’t great, the girl in reception was not... More

Looked awesome on the website and the price seemed OK just over 10'000 baht for 6 nights I think. Room looked a lot smaller then it did online, and a lot shabbier. most of the staff seem like they're not that interested. The room was extremely noisy with cars going past late at night as well as a really loud... More

Good hotel, with comfortable rooms and bathroom with some decor details. The rooms are around the swimming pool and sometimes it was a bit noisy... the swimming pool is not big but is ok. The staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast could be much better. The location is very good as the price, near the sunday market (with really... More

Normally we booked a hotel in the old town, this hotel was full but they had another location a little bit further. We go to the other location and the hotel was very colorful.beatiful rooms with good beds.toilet and bathroom were separated with a glass wall from the sleeping room. Very good hotel close to the old town and a little walk... More

Great looking hotel, the rooms are built around the swimming pool. We were on the ground floor unit, basically you can hear everybody walking pass and just about their whole conversation. Its ok to a point but at 3am its starts getting a bit much, plus at 5am you start hearing all the cars driving by.It has more of backpackers... More

I made the wrong mistake to get this boutique house as my stay in Chiang Mai. The receptionists are not friendly, not greeting or giving a smile. Especially the staff named Aon, worst service from her and she is rude. My room type is Junior Suite, the room size is ok. But the toilet is a bit small and has... More

I've stayed at the Chiang Mai Boutique House 3 times now and have never been disappointed. I like the location as it is in the heart of CM, but quiet enough to enjoy your stay. The pool is great, although during Songkran it got very noisy (as expected!). Breakfast is convenient and included in the price. It was nice to... More

We used this place for 5 nights as a base for our time in chiang mai, didn't stay every night as done trips etc but for the time we stayed it was good for us, better standard than we had in other places and had a good location! Plenty of places to eat, drink, massage and organise trips from within... More
