Good location, good room for the price (550B inc breakfast with Agoda), off street parking with security and clean. Comfortable bedding and a good bathroom. Unfortunately, the young lady on reception couldn't crack a smile and there were noises in the night of water being pumped around the building. The hotel has facilities to offer breakfast in an air conditioned... More

Lilu Hotel is the sort of place to stay when you want easy access to Chiang Mai, but you don't need all the extras a luxury hotel affords. The rooms are small, but suitable, very clean, and the staff very friendly. I stayed here in February, and chose to come back for Songkran with my family because I liked it... More

We were very disapointed by this boutique hotel... The room was very small but well decorated... However, all their room were so noisy... Impossible to sleep without ear plugs... Also many communications problems with manager because of language barrier... The breakfast included was ok... Would have prefer to pay less and get something better nearby... Since we booked on Agoda... More

Hotel itself was located next to street which you would hear lots of cars and motorcycle all night long. My room was in 2nd building which has no guard or any securities at front entrance!!! It meant everyone could enter the building in every time.... Compared with price I've paid, the room was quite expensive, small, less facilities, and nothing... More

The hotel is in a great location for what we needed. The room we stayed in was to the side of the hotel by where the breakfast was and was great, very clean and the AC worked very well. The breakfast was fine, nothing special but just what we needed. The hotel looked after us with whatever we needed, especially... More

Let me first say that the rooms look NOTHING like they do on the pictures -they're not cosy but shabby and tiny (looks like a ten year old painted the room). We arrived around 9 in the evening and hadn't even started unpacking when my boyfriend already crushed a cockroach. We immediately asked for another room, but the hotel was... More

Located near to the night bazaar. And there is 7-eleven just next to the hotel. Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast is simple but tasty, specifically like the porridge. The room in top floor is a bit warm in the afternoon during hot season. Otherwise, Good value for the money paid.

This hotel is well located in the heart of Chiang Mai, only few minutes from the night bazaar. Rooms are modern and clean, the hotel staff is nice too. However, the negative points would be a very very small room. So if you are two people in the rooms with luggages, it would be very hard to walk in the... More

Very charming small boutique Chinese style decoration boutique hotel located in the heart of Chiang Mai, within walking distance from the main touristic area of this city. Room was quite small but clean and offering everything you are expecting such as LCD TV with satellite channels, hair dryer, comfy bed with duvet and fluffy pillows, safety deposit box as well...
