Triple Palms is located in the old city very close to north east corner of moat, Sri Phum, and hardly a minute waking distance from main road moon Muang where one gets public transport easily. This is relatively a new property although has done several years now. Rooms good size, modern style, well lit, great view, fridge, air conditioning, working... More

We stayed there in different room types:. The standard room is nice as well is the family room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms; but to get to the second room, you have to cross the first room. The interior and decoration is well done and quite new. You can everything you need, the beds are comfortable and the view... More

This guest house was very conveniently located, quiet, very spacious, good value, really clean and good service. The mini fridge was an excellent enhancement. Looks new from the outside and inside was no different -- wood floors, cable TV, hot water, A/C, great little balcony, really big room that could accommodate many but for two traveling friends, in separate beds,... For a similar price we found other guesthouses with older and dark rooms. This guesthouse has a quite new building and rooms are big and with lots of light. It is located on a corner of the old city, 10 minutes walk to Tha Pae Gate, on a very quiet neighborhood. No breakfast included but there are plenty of places... More

I stayed here for a total of six nights during January 2012. It is a great place to stay right in the very heart of Chiang Mai. My room was big, bright and very clean. The place is pretty new and very well furnished, I found the bed to be very comfortable, the big bathroom well equiped and I appreciated... More

I stayed here for 6 nights, in two different rooms, in December of 2011. The rooms are very large, and still feel almost brand new. Although in a busy area off Moon Maung, the guesthouse is on a small soi, and fairly quiet (there is a rooster nearby). The people who run the place are very, very nice. One afternoon... More

I stayed two nights in a standard room, the welcome was cordial, the location is perfect, the place was very quiet and spotless, very spacious and has modern rooms. The place hasn't got restaurant so the breakfast is not included. You have also good amenities in rooms a big wardrobe, a desk, a king sized bed (if you like very hard... More

I needed a clean, quiet and honest place to stay while I had some dental work done. I found it. Everything works at Triple Palms and am happy that I stayed much longer than intended. Getting to know the staff has been fun, they're friendly and warm with a sense of humour. If I can get a booking, I will... More

I stayed in Chiang Mai for business and booked the Baan Hanibah Guesthouse for more than a month. Lovely guesthouse and the only reason I moved was that they did not have monthly rates and staying there for nearly 3 months would have worked out a little too expensive. The receptionist of the Baan Hanibah found the Triple Palms House... More
