We travelled to Chang Mai with our 7 & 8 year old & were looking for a hotel that was traditional & peaceful - We struck GOLD with Lanna Boutique Village. The staff were so obliging & friendly & could not do enough for us, driving us out to a wonderful local restaurant, suggesting great sightseeing tours & extending their... More

What a great little hotel. All the staff were absolutely wonderful, especially the owner, Brian. They did everything to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The grounds are beautiful and the villas spacious and really nicely equipped (awesome bathrooms!). It definitely isn't in the thick of things of Chiang Mai, but if you're looking for a quiet place to... More

We decided choosing this hotel as we had a car rented during our trip in Chiangmai. Getting to the hotel is not really that difficult. What I did was to call the hotel before we arrived. K.Pai gave us a clear direction and it took us only 20 mins from the airport to get there. We were assigned with villa... More

After a stay in the city of Chiang Mai and a couple of days in the jungle we stayed here. We love gardens, and this is what brought us here. Very lovely garden with the private bungalows in it. Very nice staff who were willing to bring us (for free) to a restaurant and also to the shopping mall. We... More

We agree the hotel and surroundings are wonderful but unfortunately the manager Joe had left 2 days before our arrival and although the owners tried their best to help they do not speak Thai and so transport became a major (and expensive!) issue- we would recommend anyone staying here either have their own transport or check in advance that the... The spacious villas are beautifully designed and appointed, and very clean. The grounds and garden are lovely and the Wifi and A/C work great. There's a refreshing splash pool, and a larger swimming pool is said to be in the works. Joe, the manager, is a pleasant guy with good English. The service was lacking, however, and the included breakfast... More

We started our 5 week trip around Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam back packing with our two children Jessie and Ellie by staying a Lanna. Lanna was a perfect start to our holiday and I have absolutely no reservations in suggesting any one stays here. The villas are beautiful. The attention to detail spot on. Very clean and all the staff... More

We stayed for 6 nights at Lanna Boutique Village with 2 children (6 and 8 years). We arrived with some plan of what we wanted to see and do and after 10 minutes with Joe (the Manager) he had further suggested ideas and options and then arranged everything for us – he made it very easy. The accommodation is out... More

Our family of 4 including 2 children aged 11 and 13 spent a wonderful week at Lanna Boutique Village. Joe, his wife Nook, Jean and Brian, Pon and all the staff are just brilliant. We had a 2 bedroom villa which was spacious and well designed for a family. With only 8 villas it was peaceful and relaxing with lovely... More

Just got back last week from 16 days in Thailand with 3 kids - 17, 13, 10. We spent 5 days in Chiang Mai at "Lanna Boutique Village". A small and beautiful 8 unit resort (+ very cheep), divided into 2 types of villas; couples-villas and family villas with 2 bedrooms, a large modern bathroom and a private terrace. The... More
