Friendly service from the time that we arrived. When we got there, we asked for food and they ordered lunch for us and had it brought in from a nearby restaurant. Beautiful complex, spacious, clean, bright villas, and a great value for money.Lovely showers! Breakfast included eggs, bacon, sausages, cereal, coffee, tea, and whole wheat bread with peanut butter. They provided... More

This hotel is great value for money and includes a cooked breakfast (approx 80 USD per night- very cheap) The villas are spacious and very clean with extra touches such as mini fridge, kettle bath robes and toiletries. We enjoyed sitting on our patio in the evenings and heard what sounded like monks chanting on most nights which was very... More

First you should understand that the property is located in a remote location with no other restaurants or shops within walking distance. If you do not have your own car, the only option is calling a taxi and spending around 300 baht for a round trip into town. The hotel only offers breakfast, so meals will be difficult unless you... We've travelled with our 3 children (11,14 and 15) and stayed for 5 nights in this wonderful quiet and very friendly resort. The staff was really amazing, they gave us a warm welcome every time we came back from a trip, we experienced a real 'home feeling'in this resort. They've guided us a way through Chiang Mai and even helped... More

We travelled to Chang Mai with our 7 & 8 year old & were looking for a hotel that was traditional & peaceful - We struck GOLD with Lanna Boutique Village. The staff were so obliging & friendly & could not do enough for us, driving us out to a wonderful local restaurant, suggesting great sightseeing tours & extending their... More

What a great little hotel. All the staff were absolutely wonderful, especially the owner, Brian. They did everything to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The grounds are beautiful and the villas spacious and really nicely equipped (awesome bathrooms!). It definitely isn't in the thick of things of Chiang Mai, but if you're looking for a quiet place to... More

We decided choosing this hotel as we had a car rented during our trip in Chiangmai. Getting to the hotel is not really that difficult. What I did was to call the hotel before we arrived. K.Pai gave us a clear direction and it took us only 20 mins from the airport to get there. We were assigned with villa... More

After a stay in the city of Chiang Mai and a couple of days in the jungle we stayed here. We love gardens, and this is what brought us here. Very lovely garden with the private bungalows in it. Very nice staff who were willing to bring us (for free) to a restaurant and also to the shopping mall. We... More

We agree the hotel and surroundings are wonderful but unfortunately the manager Joe had left 2 days before our arrival and although the owners tried their best to help they do not speak Thai and so transport became a major (and expensive!) issue- we would recommend anyone staying here either have their own transport or check in advance that the... The spacious villas are beautifully designed and appointed, and very clean. The grounds and garden are lovely and the Wifi and A/C work great. There's a refreshing splash pool, and a larger swimming pool is said to be in the works. Joe, the manager, is a pleasant guy with good English. The service was lacking, however, and the included breakfast... More
